The women working there are so nice and welcoming. The place is clean and cozy. The beds are comfy. The location couldn't be any better. We will be back here again.

The staff is really nice, making sure you have everything you need on a daily basis (shower gel, toothbrush etc...). Clean room, good location and value for money.

The room was clean and renovated. There were generic household utilities such as microwave and fridge. There is also a small safe (smaller than a laptop size). No one entered the room while I was outside, which was very important for me. The wireless internet was fast and stable (100 mbit/s) in my case. There are double door protection with electronic magnetic system, so there can't be burglaries. The apartment is placed in a very central location. Hot water was readily available. There is also a water dispenser outside that you can use for drinking and making coffee. I will book it again. I recommend people to stay in this place.

The biggest issue is that the host only knows basic English, so it's hard to check in if you don't know Russian, but you somehow manage to communicate (with body language and such). The AC sometimes made a strange noise, but it is bearable. There is a round desk available, but it is not very suitable for work because it has low height, so you can't sit there for hours and use laptop and such without back pain. I'd prefer a rectangular standard height desk. The main lighting in the room is a little weak (again, a negative for work). The room might be a little small for some people but in my opinion it is well enough for two people. Only cash is accepted, card is not accepted, including debit.

Construction across the street on the new store. However the store had its grand opening on the day we checked out, so shouldn’t be a problem any longer.

Comfortable apartment in the city center. I had a chance to stay in two rooms, and the current one is very comfortable, big and clean. The cheaper option wasn't so good at all (it was just ok, but not so clean; the pillow covers were with holes; the room itself was dark and small), so it's better to pay more and get a much better experience.

WiFi worked very badly (poor, unstable, or no connection at all). Since I was on a business trip, it was a crucial factor for me.

I was impressed by the amount of details that they pay attention to in these apartments. It seems like the room has everything you might need. A very comfortable stay with a nice view on the old synagogue.

There is a construction site directly in front of the building so it becomes noisy sometimes.
