Theodoris is a great host. Helped and arranged chairs for the beach.
Very generous with wine and nore in the room
We loved this lovely place and will return. Great taverna just near by on the peaceful beach. 1 minute walk among the olive trees

Location perfect
Nice pool, wonderful welcome with olive oil, water in the fridge and wine.
Unbelievable old forniture, the door doesn't close well, no mosquito Nets and I give up on sleeping because of the unbelievable number of mosquito even if above the bed it was a mosquito net you can listen them to fly and disturb you all night long

The apartment is very cozy and clean, it has everything you need for your staying. The location is in the middle of an olive trees plantation and it's 100 meters from the sea!

Lovely location in the olive trees but near the beach. Very handy for exploring. Pool was great. Nice breeze through the house. Would loved to have stayed longer and would stay again.

200 Meters distance to the beach.
Black fungy at walls, much of moths and moscitos, apparently extremly noisy, dirt in the pool.
Kitchen situation completly unacceptable.
Towells provided with dirt spots.
Situation was known by the local manager but ignored.
Even considering the price policy this standard is unacceptable. Travelling Greece since around twenty years, i‘ve never witnessed something like this (Appartement 5).

Excellent amenities and facilities, one could mistake it for his own house. All together, a very cute room.
Tough to find it by car, there is a sign on the main (asphalt) road but when you enter the track road it is not clear where to turn (more than one choices).

It was great being so close to the sea, but also having a lovely swimming pool which I used most days. The table and chairs outside the main door were a beautiful and lovely place to eat meals and also to work. The bed was comfortable, and the cooking facilities were fine. The two hotplates worked well (although not at same time as kettle, unsurprisingly) and the pans were good. Generous sized fridge. It was also very good to have a pleasant and friendly taverna very close by. The owner was very helpful in arranging scooter hire for us, with a lift to and from the hire place. And there are lots of interesting things to see in the area. I was a bit concerned that it would be too far from Palekastro without a car, but it was fine - an easy walk, and the bakery and supermarket are on the nearest edge of the town. Visiting Italos and Zakros by scooter and walking in the area was also very enjoyable, as well as seeing Rousolakos nearby.
On the first morning there wasn't much hot water, but the owner sorted this out immediately and it was very good after that. There could perhaps have been one or two small bowls and another mug or two, as things felt a little minimal. A chopping board or bread board would also have been useful. The traditional desk and bench in the room is beautiful, but it does mean that clothes storage options aren't great - plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, but no shelves and the drawers below were quite saggy and only one of them usable.

The owner messaged me that we had room number 4 and that the door would be open on our arrival, which was the case. The property was very spacious on ground level with a patio area in the middle of olive trees. It is very quiet, which we liked. There is a pool and the pebbled beach (Kouremenos) is a few minutes walk away. On the beach is a large restaurant, which we didn’t use but looked very nice. Property was very clean and kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The owner came to say hello an hour after we arrived, had a chat and checked if there was anything we needed. Enough space to park our car. The closest town is Palekastron and is a 5 minute drive away for supermarket, stores and restaurants.
Everything was good.

Everything was fine and as it was expected. Thank you!

There was an AC in the bedroom. The bathroom was fine. The veranda was nice. There were no insects. Polite owner and cleaner. The kitchen equipment and utensils were adequate.
You had to turn onto a dirt road to get to the place and if not careful you hit the bottom of the car where the asphalt breaks off into the dirt road. The living room had no AC so it was very hot for the children who slept on the beds in there unless the balcony door was open. The cleaner came to change linens on our fifth day. The owner hadn't prepared the beds for the children on arrival (no sheets) although it was clearly stated in our booking arrangements. He apologised profusely. Two sunbeds were totally torn up and just abandoned by the pool. My oldest slipped on the muck of the pool shower tiles. The bottom of the pool had sand/dirt. Yellow stains lining the tiles along the pool water surface. There was a general deterioration of outdoor facilities. The tables and benches of the barbecue area were flimsy plywood that had swollen. The wifi and TV reception was not stable. The mattress of the queen bed sat upon the frame rather on the inside, and combined with the height, you got the feeling of falling off the sinking edge.

Close location to windsurfing spots! Nice surrounding of olive trees, very peaceful and quiet, birds singing and roses blossoming. Very nice and clean pool in the garden. The sunrises on the terrace were a bonus..

Amazing host, with unbelievable knowledge about the history of the region. Property is located in the beautiful green area, surrounded by olive trees. One min walk to the beach and local tavern. Swimming pool is great.

Comfortable little house in an otherwise empty group of 3 houses. Garden with olive trees and flowers, with a private swimming pool.
5 minutes walk from a deserted long sandy beach and a good local restaurant.
Quite village with few tourists. A short drive to Vai and other wonderful beaches.

The bed linen were very clean.
The apartment inside was very deteriorated. The table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned in months!
Air conditioning just in the main room so that the rest was very hot and uncomfortable.
Never saw the staff.
This is a place shows that the owners don't care about their guests. Not even a bottle of water, no nice decoration, no details, not even some sugar or salt in the kitchen.
The pool area was also deteriorated (fence, sunbeds, etc) but at least the water looked clean.

Location near Vai beach. Parking in front of apartment.
Very uncofortable bed and hard pillows. Main door didn't close properly (top and bottom have space). Access to the apartment through an unpaved road, not signed well.
