La gentillesse et la prévenance des membres de l’hôtel notamment, l’équipe du service de restauration.
Je souhaite remercier Daniel et Danny de leur sollicitude et de leur attention à l’égard de ma sœur qui a été malade durant le séjour.

I booked through booking.com and had a confirmation number, but when I arrived they said I had no booking and that they were full. I showed my confirmation number and they said there was nothing I could do. I had never had any communication from the hotel, or from booking.com, indicating that there were any issues with my booking. A colleague and I were left to figure out alternative accommodation on our own late at night, which was not straightforward at all. A week later I received a notification that I’d been a no-show for my booking. This was an extremely frustrating situation.

Hotel was good no real issues.
Very expensive for what it is and food expensive.

Customer Service
It is unacceptable to have a hotel of this standing, yet not be able to have a tea or coffee in the bar /lobby area because of the all of the mosquitoes especially in the evening. My guests had to leave due to the lack of comfort and assault of the mosquitoes. Unacceptable!

The room was modern, a good size and clean. The breakfast is decent with a variety of options - however the serving of warm meals is not ideal as the staff serve for one, and they are terribly slow and not very pleased to be serving. Long queue just to get a croissant or yoghurt.
The flight from SA arrives late in Kinshasa. The hotel put only one very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant receptionist for check-in. The queue to check in was long and we waited almost 2 hours for him to allocated our room. We only received our room key at 2:00am in the morning. Unacceptable for a hotel priced so high.

Nice lobby, luxury room.
The breakfast was not good. Also, there is no food at the executive lounge. Internet is slow while in the room. These are unaccptable if you hundreds of euros per night!

Location. Comfy bed.
No hot water. Stained carpets. Worn decor. Outrageously priced room service. Loud aircon. Warm air.

The area was good And the view could have been better if it was a higher floor. Housekeeping staff service was 6 star. Reception staff are trying their best. Just a bit of training to learn to multi task on a busy day or you can put more staff. Handover is required than coming to another staff to explain your self It's frustrating. Others wise great job to the gentleman who assisted me at reception he try.
Restaurant staff need to be a little friendly. Was not happy. their act like their doing you a favor. I requested hot chocolate I never got it. I had to drink juice and walk away.

Very comfortable, very clean, excellent staff, reassuringly secure, good wifi, plenty of in-room bottled water replenished daily, nicely appointed, and superb location right on the Congo River. Outstanding breakfast, helpful concierge, and internal ATM with both local and US currency and supporting multiple languages.
The core evening restaurant by the pool was outdoors or open to the air and that meant mosquito repellent. No surprise, but an extra step. That said, the menu was extensive, the food was excellent, and the staff was very responsive in several languages. The restaurant was not cheap, but the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.

I had a fantastic stay and will love to come back and happy to recommend friends and family.
Everything was great.
