Comfort is good and it’s central and staff is nice

The restaurant needs serious attention as service is very poor and lengthy. Plates were forgotten or messed up. The massage ladies around the pool area is also not acceptable if you want to have a peaceful meal or drink.

The location was fine since it was in town and close to almost everything. when it comes to breakfast, it was also lovely. No complain.

The location is good with ATM Machines and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and breakfast is super! Also the hotel is very helpful when you need their service within and outside the hotel.

The hotel take time to check in you into the room if you do not pay before or on arrival your room expenses.

Attitude of the front office staff was terrible. They think that they are doing you a favor to serve you. Key card was not opening my door. Had to return it twice to be corrected and each time going to third floor. No suggestion to sort it out first from their side. The hotel arranged for me to be collected at the airport. I was the only person. The one sent would not help carrying one of my bags. I was a very late arrival. No effort to assist to take my bag to my room.

Naeomi Light waitress was the best! so friendly

The swimming had 24-hour access and was of a pleasant temperature and clean. The staff was generally friendly and some of them spoke reasonable English.

The staff had absolutely no knowledge to help a tourist - what to visit, how to get there, hours of opening, For a 5-star hotel this is not good enough. The breakfast was okay but not excellent. The small coffee machine for an entire breakfast room kept breaking. many things is the room did not work - thermostat, TV remote, light - when I arrived so I hat to keep calling the engineer late at night to fix things. The restaurant was over-priced so I ate out.
