Over Priced in comparison with the local restaurants
Manager could have been more pleasant. The requested rooms are not being offered. Egyptian Chef and Restaurant Indian Manager were supportive. Staff could be more courteous. We need to pay Money before the food and looks demanding.

Breakfast was really good and hat a lot of options, specially the cookies, croissants were really nice. Eggs was my go to also had some nice fried potatoes and bananas along with rice which really a great addition to the menu. Also the staff helped with a cab for my entire duration in Kinshasa. hotel is at a very accessible locations to all major business units.
WIFI was really bad, was not exactly able to work or watch some movies in free time. Also the room was really far away on 6th floor which was really a deserted corridor and the lift definitely needs some work done.

Good location in the heart of the city.
We had booked and they had confirmed our reservation.Once we arrived to hotel at 1:30 AM, they said that they had no room for us as they did not grant their payment although they got my credit card details.We argued with the receptionist and I told him that I would sleep on his desk.After long chat, he gave us a room and we slept in the same room with a collegue which is NOT OK for us.For the following they, they gave me the room.Before check-out, I told them to refund the money that I paid for the room, they did peacefully. The breakfast is very expensive (25$) which is not the real value for me.

How modern designed it was
Check-in took over 2 hours past the chick-in time.

I found the staff very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near a Kin-Marché (short walk, with an ATM outside).
I highly recommend this hotel.
The airport. FIH is by far the worst airport we've ever been to. I
