The lady came quickly but we arrived expecting to access by ourselves but then nobody was there so we had to phone while we were standing in the street with our luggage - She said she had sent an email saying there was a change of plan but it was sent while we were already travelling so I hadn't seen it - Feel i t should have been sent in advance

The washing machine was clearly broken and could easily have been noted and fixed before we arrived. There were literally electrical parts hanging out from the door The office wasn't officially open till 10am so i couldn't report it and then nobody picked up the phone till around 10.40am. The lady who answered said she would call me back with an update but would not confirm when despite my repeated requests. I wasn't asking for a time when it would be fixed just a time when she would call me back to tell me what had happened so far - even if that was just that she had not been able to contact anyone - She flatly refused - In the event the engineers arrived within the hour but I had no notice that they were coming. They were unable to fix the washing machine or replace it as it was too late in the day & the following day was a weekend. In the event I was given a small discount for the inconvenience but use of a washing machine was a factor in our decision to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel

Pros: good location for restaurants, shopping, bars, cafes, the Metro and sightseeing. We had the deluxe apartment and it was very large and wheelchair accessible (wheelchair elevator up steps into facility which requires a key). The owner was very responsive through the app and accommodating.

Cons: WiFi was terrible and we could barely use it which made it difficult for communicating and planning our trip, it is in the middle of Chueca neighborhood so many parties and loud on the weekend until late at night, and pillows uncomfortable.

Huge apartment, great customer service, good location and convenient parking in the building.

Street noise in the front. Terrible neighbors in the back (all night partying on the terrace right in front of the bedroom window, politely asked them to keep it down twice but they basically ignored us and keep partying, telling us we were in a rented property whereas they were at home and therefore had the right to enjoy the night. It was awful and we couldn’t sleep until they stopped at 4am). My husband had to sleep on the mattress in the corridor since he had an 8 hour drive the next day with 3 little kids in the car.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at this property and this time it was in the penthouse with a terrace and what can I say it’s beyond amazing. Huge space, I love the smart keys for pick up and return and everything can this apartment offer. Best location in Madrid too right by Gran Via.

I had a little issue with the toilet and it was fixed within 10 minutes after I called. Amazing costumer service. Thank you :)

I liked that it was spacious, the bathroom (not ensuite one) had a faulty door lock which was a bit inconvenient because we were 3 couples and it was a bit uncomfortable knowing the door could be opened accidentally but other than that, which I'm sure they've already fixed, everything was great

Lovely big modern apartment, great location.

Hard to find and parking and finding reception was not easy. Needs signage.
