Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good especially for Italy and restaurant meals at night were good. Pool was clean and well kept never a fight for sun loungers.

The windows sound isolation is bad and the noice from the working up until 1am restaurant is clearly heard in the rooms with pool view.

The room was fine to stay in for one night on our way through to another place. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a little fridge to keep our drinks cool. Breakfast had lots of options which was great.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and then when we wanted to use it we learned that the pool closes at 7pm so we unfortunately didn’t get to use it at all. Wasn’t too impressed with the staff. Air conditioning seemed to be working when we held our hand over it but it didn’t cool the room down at all.

This hotel is located at a nice location and offers a large swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. The food we ordered was good.

The room was very warm because the airco did not work. And we found a lot of hairs in the shower drain.

The pools are public pools so very crowded with local children everyday. The pool closes at 19.00 The bed are terrible hard with bad pillows. Reception staff is nowhere to be found during afternoon and evening. Everything looks old. If you step in the elevator you feel that you need a shower afterwards. Breakfast is limited. The place is more interested in making money of weddings and partys and the pool. Hotel is a sidebusiness

The hotel was ideally situated for my trip. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the down side the hotel was a bit big and impersonal for a single person, and there were too many big groups of people staying there.

The room was comfortable but a little old and basic. The restaurant was very noisy and tables too close together.

You need a car to get into Lucca. Not walkable, and there is a bus but does not go very frequently. Taxi is around €35 one way
