Heerlijk hotel om te zijn. Even niets, lekker op vlonder in een ligstoel.
Zwemmen, wijntje, helemaal top!
Wij hadden balkon aan het meer, hele fijne kamer.

Lovely family run hotel in excellent location on the Lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful
The bed linen is not up to standard and it would be nice to have a kettle for making coffee in the room

The hotel was a good value for money, excellent location by the lake with nice views from the restaurant, walking distance from the train station, nice staff (the lady that was serving breakfast and the front desk staff). Moreno was extremely nice so as the man that drives the boat (don't remember his name). Would love to come back.
Swimming pool was nice with gorgeous lake view but little too cold, lake was warmer :)

Nice room overlooking the lake, the views are stunning. Lovely to be able to go swimming right in front of the hotel. Restaurant available at the hotel also overlooking the lake.
Very hot room, ceiling fan is not enough. Hard bed. Average breakfast and food in the restaurant for the price.

Very nice stay. Comfortable room, great view across the lake. Quiet. Good breakfast and evening meal. Loved the pool and swimming in the lake from the sun platform. Wonderful friendly staff.

The location, the view from the room, people working there exceptionally friendly and kind. Set menu at the hotel restaurant different every evening. Food made by the hotels chef.

very clean. staff very attentative. Nothing is too much trouble. The location and views are exceptional. The infinity pool is ingested but welcoming on hot days. There are jacuzzi bubbles at one end to sit in and take in the views. The owners sons love to experiment with cocktails which was good. free pedlo and large bathing deck on lake front. very relaxing
The only improvement which is common in all nearby hotels is lack of drink making facility in there rooms.

The noise made by the Dog whose owners had the room next to ours, he was barking all the time

We loved the location. It was a little further away from the main town of Lugano which was perfect for peace and quiet. The balcony in our room overlooked the lake and offered a spectacular view. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely and on the lake as well. We also loved the paddle boat that we could take out into the water.
The room was rather small but clean and comfortable.
