Superbe maison avec 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain sur 300 'de la belle façade des pêcheurs sur un terrain boisé de 5 acres. Arrêtez de chercher .... c'est ici que vous voulez passer vos vacances avec votre famille ou vos amis.
Les équipements dans cette maison de plus de 3500 pi2 sont trop nombreux pour être mentionnés, mais ils comprennent un foyer au gaz, air conditionné, salle de trois saisons 12x12, luxueuse suite parentale, planchers de bois franc hickory partout et un bar personnalisé pour déguster un verre de vin après une longue journée sur le lac.
Le niveau principal comprend deux chambres, une avec deux lits queen et un lit queen dans l'autre, ainsi que salle de bain complète. A l'étage, vous trouverez deux chambres de maître. La chambre principale vue sur le lac dispose d'un lit king et une salle de bain complète privée et la chambre principale vue sur la forêt a un lit queen et salle de bain complète privée. Au sous-sol, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit simple et une salle de bain complète.
Les vues de l'ouest sont spectaculaires, et sont surpassés seulement par la pêche exceptionnelle sur ce premier lac. Le lac Solberg est un lac de 915 acres qui est connu pour ses poissons musqués, achigan, doré et pan et plus encore !!! Les pêcheurs du bord du lac viennent pêcher devant cette propriété !!! Vous pouvez également profiter de la baignade, le canotage, le ski nautique ou le jet-ski. Nous fournissons votre propre jetée personnelle, et quai de bateau. Il y a aussi 2 kayaks et un bateau à rames pour votre plaisir.
L'automne et l'hiver sont spectaculaires dans cette région avec beaucoup d'activités à apprécier !! Les couleurs d'automne sont incomparables. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ... nous sommes à quelques minutes seulement du ski de fond damé. Des centaines de kilomètres de sentiers de motoneige et de VTT-UTV se trouvent juste devant notre porte d'entrée. What a beautiful cabin and peaceful location! Everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was clean as a whistle, beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone! Super peaceful location - just what we needed! So nice to be able to have time with our family in such a lovely home. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

The house was great, there was plenty of room for our party of 12 and the house had everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. We were a bit surprised by the condition of the lake in front of the property, it was pretty much a frog pond/swampy which made the mosquitoes, black jackets and biting flies a bit hard to deal with, however we did not allow it to ruin our time there, the amenities of the house helped when we needed to stay inside because it just got too bad to be outside. Overall great stay and Scott was great and very responsive.

The house was very comfortable for our family-9 adults, 2 young children-well equipped kitchen, fun room in basement with pool table, large screen TV and bar area. The house AC worked great for the hot weather. And the views of the cove were beautiful. We did enjoy the firepit and the provided wood. The gated deck, dog door, and fenced area for dogs works wonderfully, if bringing dogs along. The only downside of the cove was that it is too shallow for our boat to dock at the boat dock. However, we did enjoy the kayaks. Mosquitos were bad outside, and we had to continuously use spray. Wifi worked best in basement and top floor.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was very lovely and well appointed. Lots of space in each room. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic items like coffee, spices, etc. pool table was nice, TVs worked well and the DVD library was impressive. Having use of the kayaks was also appreciated.

My family loved the stay at the cabin in Phillips Wisconsin. There was enough room for 6 adults, 5 children and 3 dogs. My only issue with this property was the communication with the host was not what I had expected. During our stay i had some questions that i asked the host both by personal phone number (text) and vrbo email and never heard back throughout our stay. This was the only negative comment i would have about this property. Apart from the communication error we loved this cabin.

Our stay was great, the house was clean and very accommodating for our family. We had hoped to do some snowmobiling but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, instead we spent the weekend relaxing at this beautiful home which had everything we could have needed!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is tastefully decorated, provides super comfortable beds, and a kitchen with an abundance of dishes and cookware. We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had, not to mention the new appliances, and we love a gas stove! There is plenty of room for parking, we had 4 pickup trucks, 3 trailers, and 5 side by sides with yard space to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t thank you enough for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Very clean, spacious home with all the amenities you could need. Well stocked kitchen, fun game room downstairs, comfortable bedroom spaces. From a location perspective you are in a private spot right on Solberg Lake. It was beautiful to wake up to that view every day.

This is the second time my family and I rented this house and it was even better this time. The house looks and smells clean the moment you enter. We love the lake view and the deck. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful. There’s enough space to accommodate a large group and not feel crowded. We love that there are 5 bedrooms all with their own TVs. The rec area in the basement is awesome and is good to have if some members of the group like to go to bed early and others don’t.

very clean home. Well stocked with large pans. Pool table was a big plus for the family. Needed more propane for the grill and the air stopped but Scott was just a phone call away. Had extra propane for us in the garage and someone can right away and fix the air. Thank you for letting us rent you cabin.

Nothing to complain about. Very clean and well maintained property. Weather wasn’t great while we were there, so luckily plenty to do inside in the downstairs movie/game room. Also, town of Phillips is close in case you need anything or forget something. Overall highly recommend.

This property and host were fabulous! We originally reserved Thursday through Monday, however had requested to change dates as a winter storm was coming in on Thursday making travel hazardous (which dropped 8+ inches of fresh snow). The host was very easy to work with, he was understanding and very accommodating to our last minute changes!
Everything available, only need your clothes and food. Bathroom on every floor and spacious (even had a little floor heater for additional heat for the grandkids baths). TVs in every room, laundry available and even some entertainment of locked doors with keypads for our toddlers. (Idk what their fascination was with them or how many times we had to tell them to leave them alone..😆)
All in all, perfect place! We certainly will be back!

Beautiful home, quiet/private location, so very clean! We hit peak fall color and it was incredible! Crockpot, Keurig, Alexis/Echo, lots of pans, utensils, good tasting water, ice maker in freezer, extra linens, sunroom, huge deck and porch, TV's galore, beds that are super comfy. We couldn't find extra garbage bags, but had brought some from home. Had a question about something while we're there, and Scott, the owner, was very quick to respond and just pleasant to chat with.
Just can't say enough good things about this listing....this was ladies weekend and of all the nice places we've stayed over the last 12 years, this is our favorite!

We had a wonderful stay. The house has so much room and is great for large groups. We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed making meals in the large kitchen that had everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the large deck and fire pit area. We do family vacations every year, and this was the most well appointed cabin we have stayed at.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We had up to 10 people staying at times during our week. The kitchen was stocked full of any utensil, dish or pan you could need and ones you didn't even know you might want. Very nice furniture and decor throughout. The owners answered questions we had quickly prior to our stay and during. Only thing you may want to know is that even though they have a great dock, larger boats can not come into this inlet. We were able to keep our pontoon where we rented it for the week. It worked out fine. There are 2 great kayaks there for your use and a row boat we didn't get a chance to use. The owners had plenty of wood for our bon fires and lots of parking area. Wonderful home where we were able to make more family memories. We would highly recommend this house. 4 wheeler and snowmobile trails nearby as well.

This was one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. We loved all the amenities like Alexa and the pool table. We were a group of 7 and the house never felt crowded. The lake view in the master bedroom is amazing. We loved that all the bedrooms had TVs. It was a perfect place to relax as it is nice and quiet. The deck is a nice place to read or chat while enjoying the view and the weather. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens of all the ones we have rented and the open concept is nice so the chef isn’t isolated. Scott was fast to respond to our questions. We all loved the house and agreed we would stay here again.

This home is lovely. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and fixtures. Basement pool table, bar, dartboard and large TV with incredible sound system was used by everyone each day. Quiet and peaceful nights on the deck with stunning star gazing. This is the most pet friendly setup we have ever seen, too! Will definitely be back. Thank you, Scott and family!
