Hotel orientado única y exclusivamente a Guiris, todo gira en torno a este personal, horarios, comidas, etc., no te sientes cómodo. Ojo Guiris con un nivel mediocre, gente dejando basura por todo el hotel, y muy guarros. Hubo un día que no nos hicieron las habitaciones y tuvimos que pedir por la noche que las hicieran, habida cuenta que no teníamos ni toallas para bañarnos. En general la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, cierres de las zonas de piscinas a las 18 horas, cuando todavía el sol está pegando, imposible poderte sentar en una hamaca para disfruta de la zona de piscina, los guiris se levantan a las 6 de la mañana y ocupan con toallas todas la hamacas y lugares, un desastre. El personal de piscinas y mantenimiento muy agradables y los de recepción un encanto, pero lo que transmiten es que están hartos de tanto guiri. El Director del hotel una gran persona, trato de atenderme en todo lo que se le transmitía, pero no podía hacer más de lo que justamente razonable. En definitiva se adaptan demasiado a los extranjeros en nuestro País, cuando debe ser lo contrario, quien viene a veranear a España se debe adaptar a los modos de vida de los Españoles, al igual que cuando nosotros visitamos otros países, no cambian sus costumbre para adaptarse a nosotros, pero en fin.

The Hotel is perfect. It is well equipped, very clean, has many fun staff for kids - mini Aquapark, kids club, evening kids entertainment programs. The food is delicious in the buffet, so it is good to have half-board or all-inclusive. The hotel is located very close to the beach, so we enjoyed the sea everyday. Thanks a lot to the Hotel’s management.

Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately no heated outdoor swimming pool, the kids would love to spend the whole day there. Maybe the solution would be a solar cover?

Good location and stuff. Well organized and wonderful restaurants. My kids enjoyed the zaccuzi.
