Room was dirty. Went and got cleaner to clean bathroom. The room was very dusty and you could tell it hadn't been throughly cleaned in a long time

When I arrive no one was on sight for me to get keys. I had to walk down the street to get something to eat and wait for a reply. I was a disappointment to I booked a room at the Carib Hilton

Was very surprised to see the old European charm I love it so much.And the concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable make u feel a asset so easy.

Bad knees no elevator

Senor Colon (?) at the desk was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

No frills budget hotel that did offer availability.

Charged $35 for ‘late check in’ despite warning hotel we would be arriving at 00:40 and a 24 hour reception desk.

That I was accused of smoking in the room and when I tried to explain that I had only burned some threads off of clothing it reached deaf ears and I was threatened with calling the police when I was being totally passive. I also thought it very curious when he offered a discount for cash when i checked in and then put the cash in and made change from his pocket. I asked around and he is just a manager not the owner. Why would the manager be putting cash in his pocket? We all know the answer. I stayed at this hotel once previous and had spilled some chocolate ice cream on the banner at the foot of the bed. It was still on there and i was in a different room. Other than that the place is clean. Parking was an issue as well probably because i didnt offer to pay him. I was told my truck was to big to park in front. When i returned there was a truck parked in front that was bigger than mine. Ive never said anything about a hotel until now.

The desk attendant was very nice.
