This hotel is exceptional! Amazing staff, beautiful views, delicious breakfast, close attention to detail, and pet alpacas! Love this place!

The wonderful location above the city, the beautifully renovated rooms and the alpacas!
It was cold in the room, and no electricity the 2nd morning so no shower and very cold
3.5 / 5.0
it’s a nice hotel with luxury aspects and pleasant staff
They miss on a few of the smaller details. No soap dispenser or soap bar holder in the shower, no tissues in bathroom, room service delivered cold hamburgers, room heaters not sufficient for temps at night.

The place location is just amazing, the staff was great, specially Marcos and his recommendation. Food was excellent, the view from the rooms is gorgeous and even has alpacas and the hotel is just a few beautiful blocks away from Cusco's historic Plaza de Armas. Would definitely stay there again next time I visit this beautiful city

This is a gorgeous property that is obviously loved by the owner and every single employee. I have zero negatives and I am definitely one of the pickiest when it comes to hotels. The hotel is stunning, it’s like a mini museum full of unbelievable artifacts coupled with great and comfortable modern decor. The rooms are very large, the linens great, the breakfast is fabulous and everything is done with a smile. it’s an easy walk into town and a 10 soles cab ride back up.
That I had to leave.

this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. the staff was amazingly helpful. the location was perfect.
It is on top of a hill and the hike back to the hotel could be brutal at 11,000 feet. But if you’re feeling beat that day you can always grab a cab for very cheap!

Beautiful view, nice room, and friendly staff.
Location is great for views but because it is so far uphill, makes it tougher to access if you are exploring the city and using it as a base. Also not too much in the way of facilities.

*Beautiful set of buildings at stunning location: view of whole Cusco
*Very friendly and flexible staff (Marco in particular was top notch service)
*Lovely decoration
*Convenient to go to Cuzco ‘city tour’ (Saqsawayman) as it is on the way
*Has some alpacas you can see/touch :)
*To go back from city center you will walk up some steep stairs (10mins)

The hotel was lovely, the city views were amazing and staff are lovely.
Breakfast was limited but delicious, I missed espresso coffee in the morning. No TV

This hotel was lovely in every way, subject to one caveat below. The hotel rooms, common areas, and grounds are beautiful, the views are gorgeous, the staff extremely helpful – they went beyond the call of duty to help out with an unexpected difficulty – and the breakfast excellent. Highly recommended.
I come from a fairly warm region, and I found the Sacred Valley summer colder than I expected. The hotels I stayed in were in old buildings that were beautiful but had little or no heating. Palacio P.M. had a single heater in the room, but for me, it felt inadequate.

Nothing to report.

beautiful location, friendly and professional staff, excellent facilities (shower in our room- exceptional!)
we always took a taxi on our way back from town(it was about 12 minutes walk to the plaza), because the way up was too difficult with the altitude

peaceful, serene location within easy walking distance of Town Center. Staff was very accommodating , friendly, and professional. The little dog that lives at the property was so loving and sweet. Made friend instantly with him.

management, premium price but not premium experience, not worth it—much better values in Cusco

The location it's great, some taxi drivers did not want to take me back at night but there are plenty of cabs to take you. The property itself is beautiful and definitely closed to so many places of interest.
For starters I did not get the room I booked, I was so tired to say something so I left it like that, second the told us we would be getting a lunch to go in the morning since we were leaving to Machupichu so early but nothing, then we had lunch there and the Lomo saltado was very very salty, the last day I went to have breakfast and I had to be my own waiter, I was able to get me a tray to take to my room for my friend and when I got back to have my breakfast I sat and waited for someone to acknowledge me but I ended up just eating what it was there, while the whole time 2 tables got in after me and they got offered eggs but not me, do I want to believe that's because I'm brown Mexican and the other 2 tables were white? I really hope was not the case but that didn't feel good at all, I just left since all I got was a good morning but that was all. Over all the only good thing was the property and the location.

Beautiful setting above main square on old Qapac Ñan between Cusco and Sacsayhuaman. Fascinating history from Incan Palace to Spanish colonial residence and now an excellent hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable, impeccably clean. Staff are equally wonderful- well trained, helpful and happy.
And did K me room the stunning views over the city? And a plus for us was the car parking.
I will happily stay there again.
Pre-dawn noise from guest and staff in corridors - better door insulation would help here.

Location was up in a hill with amazing view of cusco, mountains, and overlooking ruins! 15 min walk (up and down hills) to main plaza! The staff were exceptional, assisted with transportation, answered all questions, and had amazing breakfast! Purified drinking water on site! Two alpacas too! We would stay here again in heart beat!

It was so nice to retreat to this lovely hotel after a long day of sightseeing. The location has exceptional views and tranquility, but is just a short walk to the main plaza. The staff was very helpful. The chef packed us breakfast/lunch boxes to take on our early excursions. The restaurant dinner and breakfast were top quality. The rooms were beautiful. The parking was free. We have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. We liked it so much that we booked another night after our trip to Machupicchu.
Absolutely nothing

I will give 100 points for this stay! it’s the best stay among my hundreds of hotel stays! Staying at this historic building is really enjoyable. The room, services, views are absolutely great! Worthy of note is that the staff is fantastically helpful. They are trying to prepare anything we need and help solve any challenges in our trip.
This property is a MUST-STAY in Cusco!
Thanks for all the staff bringing this invaluable experience.
