Location and breakfast is okay.

1. No WiFi in the room or premises. 2. The bed cover, towel etc are very dirty. We had to buy those for our stay. 3. The front desk person was never on his desk, and always the guard informed us that he is in the washroom. 4. The website didn't mention that the registration needs visa or OCI for foreign passport holders. So, we were not ready with that paper, which caused us a long wait for registration. 5. No hot water in the shower.

The hotel staff and manager were very helpful - they managed my early check out due to medical reasons. The location is a major plus point as it provides lots of connectivity to urban and rural parts of the city

Booking experience horrible. App asked to pay Rs 2025 as advance. Even after paying, started getting mails, money not received. Was asking for full payment, so paid full amount of Rs 8025. So I HAVE PAID Rs 2025 EXTRA. Customer care number is not answered 24x7. I want refund of EXTRA payment of Rs 2025

the staff made me give it the good points i gave. they were very nice and helpful. food was good. housekeeping was good.

the amount is obviously inclusive of a huge cut for BC. i think their original, walk in price would be worth the rooms quality but at the cost given on BC, the hotel is not good at all. it is worth about 1300-1400. Not 1800 as charged here. when i got there and saw my room, i was horrified! i was thinking of shifting to another hotel but without any fuss the staff gave me a much better delux room and i actually ended up having a very good stay. But overall i feel BC is the culprit here. I think their fee to the hotel and client kills the hotel's value for money and the possibility of it getting good stars and reviews.
