Excellent.
There were no cleaning products to wash dishes or teatowel to dry the dishes in the apartment we stayed in. There was a dishwasher but for so few dishes we didn't feel it warranted using it.

La Locanda della Chiocciola is extremely well cared for and we found it perfect for a restful break away from it all. The pool was lovely and the garden delightful to sit and read and relax in. The meals were excellent, too; the home-cooking with local ingredients was delicious. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay.

The host is very nice and helpful. The area is huge, it has a very nice pool, the atmosphere is very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were very nice and so was the bathroom. We went to a very nice agroturismo next to the location - otherwise closest towns are 30min drive away.
If you’re looking for any sort of activity, this property is not for you. It is mainly to relax and enjoy some time by the pool.

We don't really eat breakfast but decided to indulge a little, given that we could order just a bite to satisfy our sweet tooth and the coffee was perfect every day.

peaceful and quiet a romantic old place but with the modern touches so good wifi, nice bathrooms. the owner was just excellent a lovely lady with a knowledge of the needs guest have

Cristina went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful time. she went far beyond our expectations to make sure we found a nice restaurant and was able to get their safely.
This is the fourth time I have stayed at la Locanda Della Chiocciola.. and I keep coming back. There is NO THING I do not like, and I am appreciative of the proprietors!

Food was wonderful. Landlady was so nice and friendly. The house and location were beautiful and the pool was lovely.
The aircon in the room wasn't great and it was a very hot day.

super location, super spatious room with terras, super swimmingpool, super friendly ownership & personal (speaking english very well), close to very interesting villages & cities (Rome 45min by train), restaurants in Orte ~4km)
due to personel availability, the (very good) restaurant is opened a limited time of the week, but this is not a real problem in practise; you also can hear the trains in the Tiber valley, but that did not bother us at all

The location was perfect for us, not far from Mostri Park, and just an hour from Rome. The room was very comfortable and the dinner was delicious. How nice to be able to stay on site for dinner! The pool was a welcome surprise after a long day of touring. Breakfast was a nice selection of pastries and savouries. All in all a very comfortable b&b.
