great views, very nice staff, awesome property that is easily walkable (some steps and hills) to playa la ropa and downtown zihua

The location and view cannot be beat. spectacular. The food is also amazing. I believe the lunch was from their sister property next door, Casa que canta and the breakfast was made by the staff at Villa. I am vegan and they made me the most delicious breakfast. My lunch was also incredible. The staff, Efrain and Jonathan were so wonderful. So accommodating! The rooms are big and confortable. No ocean view though.

It kind of feels a little neglected. (kind of like the step child of La Casa que Canta). I was the only guest for the one night I was there, which was wonderful. Some areas were not super clean. The worst was the shower head in my room. It was so old and non-functional I had to shower in the common shower by the pool. The shower head in my room would just spray a mist. not a flow of water. Such a simple thing to fix. Also would be nice to have a sun umbrella on the upper deck where the loungers are. But for the price, location and view compared to other properties in Zihau I think worth it. I would stay here again.

Property was clean, with a magnificent view overlooking the ocean. our breakfast was a delicious, traditional Mexican meal that changed every morning. close walk to the beach with many choices of restaurants. Staff was very attentive.

There are lots of steps getting around, if you have mobility issues this would be a problem. We got lots of exercise.
