Une personne est venue faire le ménage dans la chambre, tout en regardant ce qu'il y avait dans nos sacs, pas top, mais aucun vol Obligé de descendre 3 étages pour aller fumer, puis remonter les 3 étages jusqu'à la chambre Première nuit difficile à cause des personnes de la chambre d'en face qui ont crié toute la nuit

Great location outside historic centre, but in a nice neighborhood with a lot of small shops, cafés and just a minute from the main Tram line T1. Took like 10-15min to ride the tram to Santa Maria Nouvella.

Actually no real cons.

Absolutely dissatisfied and rude 2 tired women at the reception who hardly know how to provide welcoming service and communicate to guests. Inadequate reactions starting from their lack of lift up to taking city tax. The management should either teach them or lay them off.

clean, friendly, great location, couple of good breakfast places nearby .

no elevator, very small shower, no window in the room unless the door to walk-in closet is open. could not get the AC turned on as there was no remote anywhere. I’m sure they had it, but we got to the hotel after dinner very late, reception was closed. parking was tough, just to find a parking machine was a hassle. No parking up to speak of.

The room was good

We went with our family dog and on their page it says pets are allowed,just in case while I was checking in I told them that I’m bringing my dog too and she said don’t let him on the bed.so far that was okay I went to the room my partner came few minutes later with the dog and she just followed us and put a white bedsheet and said not use bed but sleep on the white sheet.mind you is December winter time we could not use a bedsheet to cover ourselves from the cold because she said that it would be easy for them clean for the next people who are coming. It was horrible

Very basic but It has all you need.

The room is more than enough if you are in Firenze for 3-4 days.the bathroom was nice and big and what's the most important thing is that everything was very clean. There is tram station in just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. With the tram you can easily reach to the city centre and all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!

Good location close to the metro stop. Little supermarkets nearby opened 24h.Friendly staff.Simple room but clean.They offer a private garage for 15 euros/day
