The owner was most hospitable. I had an issue with the location of my room and he managed it.

The staff were extremely courteous and the food felt like a home cooked meal - loved the coffee.

Breakfast was good but needs to be varied significantly from day to day. It became monotonous. Also the breakfast menu needs to be enriched.

Have a second look at the sockets in all the rooms and whether they will serve the need of business travellers. My Macbook charger plug could not fit into the socket behind the table, l had to charge my laptop using the bedside socket. Also, the hotel should provide adapters for travelers using UK type plugs

Tired and dated facilities - not up to expectations given the high price.

The hotel was close to airport. Flights to Kigali often come in at awkward hours. We arrived at 1 am and the hotel had a person on duty to check us in. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Cappuccino was an available option as well as fruit plate.

There were a few things that didn't work, like a light switch. And in one of our rooms there was no hot water in the shower. I'm guessing the staff had no way to fix these things and they tried their best to work around it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Court Boutique. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and their English was great for this English speaker. I really appreciated that. The WIFI here is non-existent which was a real shame as I could not do any work and the purpose of my trip was work. The TV was not connected when I arrived by a staff member reconnected it when I asked what was wrong. Breakfast is tasty but service is very slow, however excellent quality and good value. Coffee was also great. The room was IMMACULATE. I don't think I could find better housekeeping anywhere in the world. The only other thing I'd add is that was no power point anywhere in the room. I had to acquire a powerboard and unplug the phone just to charge my phone and computer overnight. The room has plenty of space and a huge desk so this is a pretty poor oversight I thought, every traveller needs a powerpoint to use to charge their phone at the very least. Would have loved a kettle and/or coffee maker and the fridge to be stocked with bottled water but all in all I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for an event at the Convention Centre as it's a few minutes walk away and extremely convenient.

clean rooms and the service was great by friendly staff. the chef is as good, enjoyed all the meals and their cappuccino is to die for 👌🏾

Rooms small and bathroom way too small. Room above kitchen and looking onto washing line. Asked for another room but apparently the hotel was full but only saw another 2 guests. Booked a shuttle for airport that did not arrive. Scrambled to get a taxi. On check out was not given an invoice breakdown and we were over charged. What hotel does not given a printed version of your expenses? Apart from the outside seating area, a pretty soulless hotel.

This hotel is a true gem, and great value for money. The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom even more. Excellent shower, really comfortable bed, and the staff is - there is no other word - outstanding. Breakfast is a la carte with many choices, great cappuccino, and fantastic fruit cocktail juice (I can highly recommend). The restaurant is also great, not too many choices but I enjoyed every meal I had. And last but not least - this hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything.
