The breakfast buffet was nice, and the swimming pool area is lovely. The staff are really nice especially Nadeen who was very helpful and kind and made our stay great.

TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS Hair in the bedsheets and in the bathroom, Dust on the night tables, Cigarets on the balcony, towels that smell bad, Breakfast was disgusting, not fresh and super limited + my friend had a food poisoning from it. I complaint about the sheets that hadn’t been changed they did even apologise as if it was business as usual to get such complains. The cleaning lady came in the morning randomly in the room without even knocking on the door and neither did she apologise. So surprise about the good feedback I read before booking a room I feel like they are all made up and fake. I wouldn’t have come here even if they had payed me to. Run away as fast as you can from this place.

Only stayed one night prior to flying back. We chose this hotel due to it's location .. only 15 -20 minute drive from the airport and we had early flight to catch. COuld not have breakfast, so they kindly packed us some ssandwiches and fruit. Staff very helpful and hotel is very good. Did not have time to use any other facilities, ie simming pool ( lookd quite small). Perhaps bit expesive if you are planning for one night stay

Perhaps free pick up or drop off would make this hotel as "excellent" value for money, instead of "good".

instead of staying at the airport, we opted for this hotel which is a 25min drive to queen Alia. it was perfect and great to have an opportunity to see another city

When we arrived they welcomed us with welcome juice and some cookies ,the room was clean and the view was osome ...staff was very welcomed and the breakfast was good.we hope to see you again Jordan and Madaba hotel .I like the country and the place where I stay .

No complimentry water except for the first day. Neither shaving kit as listed in their provision was provided on demand. Bathing Shower in one of the bathroom was too sharp, with no adjustment.

What a beautiful stay in this amazing clean hotel ! the rooms are spacious and comfortable and am really in love with the breakfast cause it is so delicious. Arrived to the hotel and was welcomed with a smile and the checkin was really fast , Thank you Grand hotel Madaba for this experience

Location is perfect, breakfast was really nice, as well as the manager, and thanks to him we met a wonderful driver (his name is Khalil), who helped us a lot throughout our trip in Jordan

Unfortunately there is nothing I can recommend about this hotel.

The hotel is in need of general repairs and is not very clean. The pool was so dirty that you would not even think of swimming in it which was a shame as this was a selling point of this hotel for us.

since we had early morning fight , instead of free breakfast they provided free dinner
