Location is good. Staff at the reception are nice and helpful.

Breakfast is not as expected, there should be an option of no breakfast or more choices of breakfast. Room is not sound proof. Our room was situated beside the kitchen and the restaurant, where the staff starts working at 530AM, and they start making noise too. It feels like they are just beside you talking the whole time. It was very disturbing.

location besides 7eleven , asians restaurants,Mcdo , mercury drug about 5min walk. clean property, nice building / toilet , AC , clean beddings

very tricky when booking, says breakfast is included but regardless of rooms/ persons , they provide only to 2 people (adults) ,, reception - they're nice but seems not too honest to explain properly , NO toiletries even toilet paper , you have to ask after an hour or so when they give, only 2 towels regardless of how many are checked in a room . , Beds are only for single and short but clean beddings , its low cost hotel but it was expensive when we booked

I like the location of this property because you can easily roam around and find restaurants. The staffs are hospitable and had accommodated us properly during our stay. The room was neat and clean, and it was really a good value for your money. =)

Even though I activated the hot shower, I still felt that the water running was cold, or maybe I'm just mistaken on how to set it up for hot shower.
