The rate is fine. But the bathroom and comfort room was VERY BAD. the toilet bowl is very small and you CANO NOT SIT well bec.the KNEES bump on the walling. UNCOMFORTABLE.😭. As well as the cleanliness in their CR n bathroom is dirty on the floors. The SHOWER can not be used bec.the water is not strong. So you need a PAIL. THERE are cockroaches roaming around in the room😭

the breakfast was good, and the staff is very accomodating

the internet connection is very poor, if you need to do some emergency work or need to attend a meeting or class while on vacation it will become a struggle with the very poor internet connection. blankets are so thin

1. Pool. And a bit crowded since it is a public pool in the day time and maingay sa Gabi since until 9pm open Yung pool. If your room is located on the Ground Floor. 2. Food. Since they serve only breakfast. Not very organized. And hampered when all guest are in the restaurants. 3. Room. Toilet is not spacious. Hard to flush. I recommend to check your contractor if they put a ventilation system on your sanitary lines for proper discharge.

Heater does not work. The shower head is defective. The other room has no light in CR. And water from aircon leaks in the floor.

my son , niece and nephew were expecting got pool but your pool was empty and dirty the toilet bowl was broken and could not flush shower curtain was disgusting with dirt and never been cleaned for years there was a maintenance drilling near our room 105 at 4am and can’t get back to sleep
