Recepção falando vários idiomas , Simone o anfitrião,foi muito atencioso, comunicativo, fez parecer que estávamos em casa. Muito legal encontrar um hotel assim que se importa e dá atenção aos hóspedes.

Quartos amplos, remodelados, muito limpos , sendo que um dos quartos tinha varanda com vista espetacular da basílica Santa Maria Maggiore. Funcionário providenciou um kit café da manhã por conta do meu voo ser muito cedo.

Location was great, only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Hotel staff were also extremely helpful, especially Gianni and Simon at the front desk who assisted us with getting checked out and booking a taxi to the airport.

Location was fantastic.

Smallest bed I have ever seen. Shower leaked, flooding the bathroom every time. No window, no view. Kind of felt like a jail cell.

Convenient location- 10 min walk to colosseum and 20 min walk to trevi fountain

Breakfast wasn't great- we had it once and skipped it the rest of the time- also had noisy neighbours who woke us up on multiple nights being very loud due to rooms not being soundproof. Also- construction work was going on in the hotel which were from 9am-5pm everyday which we weren't told about- which meant we were woken up by drilling and banging every morning and were unable to nap in the day because of this. Overall- staff were lovely though and it was a good location, just don't bother with breakfast and hopefully no construction works when you visit!! Also bathroom needed slight updating but maybe they're fixing this with the renovations! I wouldn't return but hotel suited me for my stay.

The location is great. Within easy walking distance to some major attractions and very close to Termini station. The staff were lovely. Room was serviced everyday. Breakfast was great, a continental style, help yourself. Perfect!

I had one of the single rooms and unfortunately I could hear EVERYTHING next door. The walls were like paper. there needs to be some soundproofing work done.
