everything was so nice in term of stay and residency, very supportive staff they are so friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast so tasty. on top of that the location very close to taksim square and the metro station.

very welcoming and helpful staff (enjoyed the free cake and orange juice when I checked in) room as described. quiet street and yet a few steps away from Taksim Square. Nice breakfast on the top floor

the location is perfect, two minutes walk from Taksim square. the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs; the free piano concert on each Thursday evening with snacks and drinks is a big plus. Very cosy and clean facility. Rich breakfast, very 'Turkish'.

Bathroom a little small but sufficient. The door opening system, with key AND magnetic card, is a bit tricky. Outdoor spaces a bit sacrificed, given the location on the street.

Location of the property is excellent. It is hardly 2-3 minutes walk to Taksim Square and only 3-4 minutes walk to the lively Istikhlal Street. Grocery Store, Shawarma Shop, Laundry etc are all around the hotel which offers a lot of convenience to Travellers. A Street is 10-15 steps away from where you can hail a cab or get an Uber. Coffee shops, bars, hairstylists are at convenient walking distance too. Only downside in location is that hotel entrance is right at the street which is inclined and cars keep passing with speed. The hotel and rooms are cleaned daily and cleanliness overall was very good.

With the exception of one guy at reception with long hair (forgot his name), almost all staff was arrogant and unfriendly. Particularly the lady attendant at breakfast had a very unwelcoming expression on her face. But one day apparently the owner of the property was at the breakfast and she was super sweet, even served the bread herself. Reception area or lobby is super small, and dark too. Entrance steps are not well lit either. Room had very little light as well. Also, we had requested double bed, but the double bed was actually made by combining two single beds which would move away when we sleep. This was most uncomfortable.

The staff of the hotel were superb. They help you in all of your needs and are allways willing to help you. Very educate and kind. What's more, one of them borrow us his istambulcard during our stay, and come with us to taksim underground in order to top up the card with cash, show us where to take the metro and tram, stops, etc. The room was as spected in the pictures. The breakfast is in the roof restaurant with city views and enough for few days. Location is perfect as it is just in taksim but out of all noise that at nigth, can be a problem, specially in the comercial street that is below taksim area. Something that you are not aware how noisy it can be untill you are here.
