The Host Gerry is responsive pre-arrival and if anything crops up during the stay. Gerry has created a very lovely home as a base for London exploring. Working with her alleviated my worries about booking from a private owner, but all went well. This owner & apartment is highly recommended It’s a safe neighborhood. Located just steps away from Vauxhall Tube & bus station with National rail on the next block. Waitrose grocery store is across the street. The view is fantastic from the 7th floor overlooking Thames, Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Bridge and London Eye. A very relaxing way to spend an evening. Thank you again.

My parents and I stayed here for four nights and it worked perfectly for what we needed. Gerry was incredibly responsive and kind and gave us clear check in instructions that worked like a charm. Everything is close by the apartment: tube station, grocery store, cash machine, even a nice restaurant on those days you want a convenient meal that is literal steps from the front door of the building. The apartment itself was nice too - fantastic size and in a great building with an elevator that was perfect after long days of sightseeing. Thanks for a great stay, Gerry!

The view is incredible. If you slept on the bus you couldn't get closer to transportation. You feel extremely safe being right next to MI 6. Loved our stay

As other guests have noted, the location of Gerry’s place is right next to the tube, across the street from the bus station and national rail and on the backside of the complex there is a wharf to catch the river bus! Get the London tube app, bus app and river bus schedule on your phone. We were able to navigate our way to all the major sights on the tube, bus and boat using the apps and our Oyster cards that we purchased before we left home. Checking in and out with Gerry’s instructions was simple. Her condo is very roomy and comfortable The balcony has a wonderful view, not only if the river, but also the hustle and bustle of people moving about their business in great numbers using all forms of transportation - entertaining to watch! Then at night things turn quieter and the river lights up. Just beautiful. There is a wonderful small grocery across from the bus station that had everything we needed, including fresh meat, eggs and produce, and Gerry ‘s kitchen was outfitted just fine for cooking breakfast and those nights when we ate dinner in. We highly recommend Gerry’s condo for your London trip - it has location, comfort, convenience and value way beyond the expensive London hotel room! Doreen and Becky

Her advice on getting to the condo vis the tube was great. I would have given this property all 5 stars but we did have trouble with the elevator. One of the guests got stuck in it and on the last night when someone new was joining us, I had to pull their luggage up 7 flights of stairs. So check before you book that the lift issue is resovled.

Perfect location! Easy communication with manager with fast response! Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped! Really appreciated the fans as we were in London during a hot spell. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The view of the river Thames from the balcony is great - especially at night. It is right on the Vauxhall transport hub so convenient to tube, trains, and buses. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and lovely art were present throughout. Beds are comfortable snd it is nice to have to two full bathrooms. Kitchen is small but fully functional and well-stocked. The road noise is significant, however, especially when it is hot and you need to keep the windows open . It didn't bother us because we are heavy sleepers, but light sleepers might have an issue.

We enjoyed our stay in London. The property appeared as advertised. The location was great with east access to the subway and within walking distance of some popular attractions.
