Maison confortable Mountain View à Silverton, Co. Mountain View est tout autour. Un pâté de maisons du train déposer sur Blair et 12 et 2 pâtés de maisons du centre de la ville. Maison de 2155 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, beaucoup de lumière naturelle, grande salle familiale et salle à manger, et une salle de télévision à l'étage. Nous considérerons moins que le séjour minimum standard de 4 nuits, veuillez vous renseigner. L'espace: La maison est à distance de marche des restaurants et des brasseries, des sentiers de randonnée, des sentiers 4X4, des rivières, du ski et du train. The home was perfect for our group of friends staying in town for a ski trip. Very clean large living rooms and beds were new and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The Cozy Mountain Home in Silverton was the perfect place for us! We were in town for an event and the home provided a comfortable place for our varied group. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the dining area was a great place to end the day together.

This is a gorgeous house with enough room for 10 people. It has beautiful windows to bring in the natural light. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Very close to the town center. We walked to the town center everyday after we got done on the trails. Property manager was incredible and answered every question we had promptly both before and during our stay there.

Well equipped and roomy. Very quiet. Walking access to everything in town. Hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. Great location for accessing the amazing trails of the San Juans.

The house is in a perfect spot in Silverton and close to the shops and Handlebars Bar. But the first floor bathroom is cramped and small. The claw-foot tub should remain a tub and not a shower with awkward shower curtains. We did have an unexpected guest. We saw a mouse scamper across the living room floor. It didn't bother us but did eat our fruit on the counter. :)

Everything was clean and it was a great place to stay. The main floor bathroom could use a remodel due to very tight conditions and a narrow old-fashioned claw foot tub that is the only shower in that bathroom. A person could fall in there! We loved the roomy dining room and living room and the large bedrooms.

We all really thought the house was very nice clean and plenty of room. The only issue is the first floor bathroom it is not very safe because of the tub shower no grab bars it was deep and slippery. The location of the toilet was almost impossible to sit on because the tub was so close. It’s an accident waiting happen.

Better than advertised
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Don’t let the outside fool you in size, it is very spacious inside. The house was very clean, and was better than expected or advertised. Very conveniently located, and easily walkable to Main Street where all the shops are located. Thank you Angela, we had a great time.

June 2021 stay
Our little family get away was exceptional. The house was great with lots of room to rest and relax. Great space, and great location. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking at staying in Silverton. We will be back and look forward to staying here again.

It had plenty of space for everyone! Just beware you will have to tow your UTV/ATV a block to get on OHV road! The house was in a close proximity to all restaurants and stores! We had a very pleasant stay! Karen was amazing when any issue arose!

The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was in a great location for walking to shopping and eating. The OHV trails were right there too!

Silverton Perfection!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is roomy and equipped with everything we needed. There were 4 couples with trucks, trailers, and side by sides. Plenty of parking all around house. Quite a memorable weekend! Thank you to Miss Karen for being a quick phone call away to answer any of my questions! Highly recommended!

Property Manager went above and beyond!
Karen was exceptional. She was very responsive to all my text and emails when I had questions about the property. When one of our party had some non serious medical issues she arranged/put us in contact with the local clinic. This small act saved our family vacation. Thanks Karen!!!
