There was nothing to dislike about this property, it was so lovely.

We were so impressed with the property. There is so much attention to detail with the design of the interior, every way you look there is something beautiful and interesting to see. The property is also one of the most practical we have stayed in, with every comfort thought of. The breakfast items left for us were a lovely touch. The property is a short drive to shops and tourist areas. We would love to stay there again, and a highlight in our trip around Tasmania.

The house was absolutely beautiful, Art Deco style, the furnishings & extra touches were lovely! Everything was there that you could possibly need!

There really wasn’t anything to dislike, I would say that as two couple travelling together a second bathroom would have been helpful or a small sink in the second toilet but that was minor compared to the comfort the house offered us.

It was so helpful to have some breakfast supplies as we arrived late and did not know where shops were so we were able to have a coffee in the morning and some snacks. We loved everything about the location and how the house was laid out from the coffee machine to the heated towel rails and essentially all the mod cons with instructions on how to use everything and information on local shops and tourist attractions. We appreciated all the personal touches in the house. We wish we had longer than the 3 days.

A great art deco experience. Close to the city centre and sites with car. Lots of birdsong to share the day.

Kitchen utensils could be updated for practicalities. Knives should be sharp and a utility knife and small frypan would be helpful.

Beautiful place in Art Deco style, everything you could possibly need is provided including plentiful breakfast provisions. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and linen. Heaters throughout the house made for a comfortable stay in cold weather.

OMG there are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay at Southlynne!!! It was just absolutely wonderful!! Every last item had been thought of to make for a very comfortable stay.. 💗

Absolutely nothing I did not like. It was perfection. It was so welcoming, we arrived to Jazz music playing gracefully upon arrival. The Art Deco displayed the history of what the era once was. What an outstanding property. It was exquisitely done, well cleaned (exceeded expectations) breakfast provisions were more than enough yet so refreshing to have muesli fresh fruit and yogurt. Extremely comfortable, with everything at you're finger tip, I would highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

It was really nice, felt like home

This was a great property that was very tastefully renovated. It was very comfortable and user friendly.

For the price, the breakfast supplies could have been a bit more extensive, although what was provided was very good. We were only able to park on the street, which, when you are booking a whole property, isn’t ideal.

Character of the house, very comfortable, arc deco style, but with modern facilities.

Booking.com failed to pass-on the code for the door key box. Luckily this could be obtained directly by phoning the owner. The interior is brilliant, but the garden beginning to become unkempt.
