First visit to Andorra and the hotel was everything that I was expecting it to be

a bit hilly but everywhere in Andorra is and I knew this in advance

Great location near the spa and easy to walk downtown.

They are very kindness and friendly! We could enjoy their nice information about the city!!

A very good hotel, close to the quiet area, near the bus stop. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The room was on the ground floor, so there was no window view.

Everything, highlight for Anna and Angeles, so lovely!

Not a single complain

The staff is extremely customer oriented, everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the personal smalltalk with every staffmember (cleaning + kitchen + reception staff). I enjoyed a family feeling in the dining room with the staff. I had to leave before the kitchen opened for breakfast the last day and the receptionist even prepared me a small bag with sandwiches, yoghourt, water and fruits the nightbefore! The staff member gave me many information about the surroundings and interesting POI. I was able to charge my electric car at stable 5kw.

The isolation was not very good. I could hear my neighbours in the other rooms and the cars outside. Luckily they weren't that noisy and there weren't many cars at night. The internet was not very fast, but stable enought for a stream.

Good location and decently priced parking

There was water dripping from the ceiling in a larger amount. And also a toilet brush was completely missing.

value for money, modern rooms, excellent showers, short walk to centre of town. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Angel on reception 😇

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. We were able to part the car just outside the hotel for free.

The breakfast was OK but could have been a bit better for the 8 euros we paid.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, possibility of EV charging in the garage for 6€ (Type2, 1F, 20A)

The staff is very kind and the hotel is cozy. The breakfasts are nice too.

There is no air conditioning. I visited Andorra la Vella in June and it was a very hot week, like +30-35. The temperature in the room was unbearable. They said that such a weather is extremely rare in Andorra, so, perhaps, I just got unlucky.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good location and nice personal :)

The room was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. The location is great - it takes only 5 mins walking maximum to Caldea, about 10mins walking from the city center of Andorra la Vella. The supermarket is also about 10mins walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the same every day - which is not a problem if you come for 1-3 days.
