Parking is 500m away from the hotel. A bit far from main tourist attractions (3.3km) but tram line is close by. A bit noisy from the same tram.. :)

Location was rather good, much better than expected close to cute parks, tram station etc. and walk to old town was very reasonable. Parking facilities also were good. Extra points for good coffee at the breakfast and availability of it throughout the day.

Breakfast was ok, could be maybe bit improved though.

Beds were not comfortable

The location was superb. We could park the car closeby the hotel. You could take the tram to go to the city or other sightseeing spots. You can pay for a ticket inside the tram. You can choose several options for how long you want the ticket to be valid. Breakfast was also very good. Freshly baked and made. It was buffet style so you can pick what you want. The staff was very helpful in everything.

everything was more or less average - nothing special wi-fi is really slow - dont expect to stream some movie breakfast just basic hotel and rooms needs to be renovated or refurnished bathroom is super small bed is not very comfortable noise from the street (from 6 am)

I booked 2 rooms. Apartment with terrace and Double/twin room. Very satisfied with the apartment with terrace. Spacious. But the twin room is a bit too small wihich mean less comfortable..

Nice and welcoming staff. Everyday cleaning. There was good coffee and tea which is always available. Nearby parking for good price.

Uncomfortable bed and bad pillows, fortunately manager gave us better pillows. Very bad internet. Basic breakfast. It could be noisy for some people.

Great location, close to the olt town. We came to Prague to see Bastille, great location just 5 min from the venue, thank you ms. in reception, you were so nice and We recommend the residence to anyone who wants to visit Praha for any reason 😘

All was great. Breakfast was exceptional and all staff very nice.

The hotel is very nice and cosy. It is located on a rather quiet street but close to tram stations and restaurants. The rooms were clean, fresh towels were provided and other amenities. From 8 to 10, you can serve a great breakfast with many food options. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Because we checked-out before the time when breakfast were served, they provided us with some food to our room the night before.

Almost everything was beyond our expectations! In our room we had a fully equipped kitchen and we also had a separate terrace only for ourselves, with a small table and chairs to enjoy a drink in the evening or a coffee in the morning. The location is great, you can get quickly to the city center by tram. The location is very quiet. Everything works. We used the relatively nearby ZOO parking for only 2 euros per day and you can get to Residence Vysta from there by tram also. The breakfast was great, really barely nothing to complain about overall.

The private terrace of our room has a tree that was populated by wasps. They are very annoying during the day, making the terrace unusable. If this matter is taken care about, this is an excellent place to stay in Prague. Even so, we would come back for sure.

Close to the tram that comes from 5 to 5 minutes. The staff was helpfull.

The room did not have a fridge. The bed sheets had stains on them. The breakfast was from the most poor ingredients.
