Everything about this b&b was exceptional 👌 couldn't fault it. Bed was comfortable , breakfast was cooked lovely , Sylvia and Rodger went out there way to make us feel welcome , loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

location is great, pretty much on the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars etc. parking outside free until 10am. I think it was from 6pm. but it is a busy place so spaces aren’t always available.

shower is in the room and very noisy, not great water pressure. room was small but adequate. it’s an external toilet but it’s a private one which was fine. staff weren’t very friendly we found. we weren’t sure if it was because we got there at 7.30 which they had said they wanted us there early as possible. but there did seem to be only one owner running around doing everything it seemed.

We've just had a fabulous week staying at the lyndale guesthouse. Thankyou Sylvia, Roger and Connor, both our rooms were immaculately clean,bed was so comfortable nice and quiet at night nice clean towels supplied tea coffee etc shower gel also in room. Roger was first class service at breakfast he brought us out Sylvia's cooked breakfast which we pre-ordered the night before it was 10 out of 10 we totally recommend anyone to stay here thankyou for looking after us all we will definitely be back again

We stayed in room 3 which has a stunning sea view. We sat in the bay window for hours watching the world go by. Full English breakfast was amazing. Cereal, yogurt and fruit also available. Sylvia and her son were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. We would definitely recommend the Lyndale guest house to anyone looking to book. Bonus free parking right outside due to the time of the year and only around a ten minute walk into town.

The clean quiet room and comfy bed.

The TV in the room was not working and it could do with being bigger and more up to date. It’s a very small TV for when you are relaxing on the bed on the other side of the room. There was no WiFi working in the guesthouse so when we woke up we could not see any news/ weather etc. A little note to say it wasn’t working in the room would be nice next time it happens. The table where you make tea/ coffee is too low when you stand to make drinks. You have to sit on the floor to make hot drinks. This is a scalding hazard as it’s near the floor and close to your feet.

Quaint property overlooking the sea which was perfect for us. Short walk to town centre making this ideal location. Friendly hosts Donna & Jason were very welcoming with a fab breakfast in the morning cooked by Jason. Clean room, with bedding smelling fresh.

Two wine glasses would have been nice in the room, but if we had asked I’m sure we would have been supplied with them. Tall glasses were in the room. No parking, but we knew that before booking.
