Great view and location

Amazing swimming pool and amazing that it is open 24/7. Spacious apartment. Nice balcony with good view. Very tasteful rooftop terrace and bridge over parking. I had very back luck with the weather, but I am absolutely sure this place is like paradise with good weather, particularly in the summer. Would return.

Apartment was difficult to find - Google Maps sends you the wrong way. Location was quite far away from everything - I didn't mind a walking to the restaurants on the beach for 20 minutes, but this is an accommodation for which you should really have a car. Jacuzzi was empty. Lounge chair at balcony is due for replacement. Door of apartment could be closed, but not locked (even though you could only open it with the key), which felt slightly uncomfortable to me. Door handle was broken. Lady at reception was very friendly, but spoke no English or German at all, which made it difficult to discuss these small issues.

Everything... That's why we came here 2nd time. Would definitely come back again also!

The room hat two balconies with each a great view over the Kotor bay. Very good place with a lot of space. Pool is 24 hours open and is great to swim in.

The appartment is very comfortable, the host is very kind. Nice view to the bay of Kotor. Nice, clean pool.

We arrived very late after check in time due to heavy traffic, they left me a message and the keys at the front desk. Everything worked out fine. Thank you Maya again for the easy check in and check out. The apartment was incredibly clean and the view spectacular. The next time I have to try the pool, when I have more time.

Fantastic place with great views. Pool area is great and kept very clean. The terrace for the evening relax is also great. Rooms are well maintained and clean.

Bedroom did not have an air con unit. We had to keep the window open at night which was not convenient with the windows facing the swimming pool open the whole night.

Lovely reception, friendly , pool area is great, apartment is fabulous! Kindly helped us organise transfer to dubrovnik

We arrived late but had excellent communication - host arranged evening food delivery, helped us to book flights as ours had been cancelled and arranged breakfast delivery. All very friendly, wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool and apartment but we were just passing through.

Nice apartment with plenty of space and comfortable beds. plenty of towels, even pool towels If you ask for them. Cleaning is nice. Very Nice pool area. Clean all over The place. plenty of Sun beds.

A bit worn but The surrounding make up for it. Chairs at The balconies should be changed as some of them were not comfortable any longer (broken).

Sparkling clean and very comfortable and well equipped apartment with private parking and a great pool, which our kids loved the most. Staff is very kind and proffessional. We loved the place and everything it offers and highly recommend it.

With small kids, be careful, the swimming pool is deep, to the beach you have to go by car, the apartment is on the hill side. Anyway it is wonderful

Stunning sea and mountain views from the pool area! Unfortunately we only stayed for one day but it was by far the best and most beautiful hotel we stayed at in montenegro. It is on a mountain, (5 min walk to the Main road and 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants) and has a very romantic atmosphere. Also the hotel room was huge with two big balconies, one of them with direct sea view. They do not serve food at the hotel but the room has a big full equiped kitchen. We felt at home here.

Fantastic view over the bay of Kotor, and even from the bedroom you could see the bay. Very big terrace with the best view ever and nice cosy seats to sit and enjoy the view. The garden is made with love, nice flowers, palm trees, some swings and seats to relax and enjoy the sunset. It is a very special place I would recommend to everyone who's around. Herceg Novi is a beautiful town and close to the hotel. Budva and Kotor City are not that far, the ferry is just 5 minutes away. Enjoy!
