The location and our room with a view of the Lungomare enabled us to enjoy watching the weather change and the sunset. The staff was attentive and helpful; the shower perfect. Well-placed electric outlets and robust wifi made life easier. We will return.

Even with Covid requirements, the check-in desk appearance should be reconsidered. It appeared that the staff was working in the dark. Because of my short stature, I had to maneuver around signs posted on the safety plexiglass to see them. Unless you are trying to create a film noir atmosphere, I suggest more welcoming lighting.

This is an excellent hotel across the street from the Lido. The restaurant was quite good for breakfast with safe, Covid style buffet service and a la carte dinner was also delicious. And the room upgrade to the Royal Suite was terrific! My initial room assignment was poor so the staff made it right after a brief inquiry and we were very pleased with our suite. Many thanks to the reception staff! Definitely book the Royal suite if you can!

To mention something negative: unfortunately no pool available, but sea is only 100m away.

Very comfortable room, with good bed and an an amazing shower. A good place to stay. Parking was available. Some of the reception staff were also service-oriented and helpful. Good room cleaning service. Well-priced and varied breakfast, with pastries, cold cuts, fruit etc, but no fresh vegetables.

Many of the services were not available and we had not been informed of that beforehand. During the last two days, they closed the restaurant until a week after our booking. The reception staff never lost an opportunity to say that we should have booked the hotel directly, not via booking.com, as many of the services the hotel would normally provide are not included (breakfast and beach umbrella/sunbeds, etc). A special disappointment was that we were recommended their beach and were charged extra 40 euro per day for one umbrella and two sunbeds - the most expensive price around town. We were not told we'd have to pay when recommended the beach. Working around the use of the remote control is for rocket scientists, because of the relatively complicated navigation. Also, the non-Italian channels are Premium, for which you pay extra. Overall, a nice room but too many little annoyances and extra charges.
