Muy amable la atención y ubicado en lugar estratégico para corresponder con el turismo que en ese municipio se desea

La ubicación es de lo mejorcito, cómodo por la plaza de parking y lo mejor es la atención por parte de Don Jaime siempre dispuesto a ayudar y cuidar su clientela.

El lavabo del baño tenia fuga de agua y se mojaba el suelo todo el tiempo. Seguro que le pondrá solución en breve ya que le avisamos de la averia.

Great location that is quiet but close to town center. Amazing view outside of room. Kind staff and convenience store in lobby.

Privacy, the screens are transparent and staff would sit outside of our room making us feel like it wasn’t private.

¡Absolutamente todo! don Jaime es una persona espectacular. Tuvimos un problema con el medio de transporte en el que nos desplazábamos a Salento y todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente de llamarnos y brindarnos asesoría para solventarlo del mejor modo. Se preocupó por nuestro bienestar y fue lindo notar que, a pesar de que llegamos a las 12 a. m., al hostal, él estaba parado en la puerta pendiente de que llegáramos y no nos perdiéramos. Su amabilidad y calor de persona, sumado a las espectaculares vistas del sitio, la higiene y las instalaciones preciosísimas hace de este uno de los mejores hostales en los que me he quedado. Pd: el hostal está muy bien ubicado sobre un mirador, pero cerca de la plaza y tiene facilidades como una tienda donde comprar víveres y realizar retiros bancarios.

Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht. An zwei von drei Tagen hatten wir warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Der Inhaber hat uns den Weitertransport zum Flughafen organisiert.

Uns fehlte ein Mückennetz, ein Handtuch sowie ein Haarfön.

La vue magnifique sur la montagne tout en étant dans la ville, à quelques minutes de la place principale Le calme (appart quelques motos qui passent) L'accueil des hôtes qui permettent d'utiliser leur cuisine et qui se montrent utiles Le lit est plutôt confortable Bon rapport qualité prix

Il n'y avait pas de pommeau à la douche La literie manque un peu de qualité

This was without a doubt our favourite accommodation in Colombia (and we splashed out on a 5 star hotel at one point!) The location is amazing with an incredible view from the room and it’s quiet but REALLY near the main square and main streets; the room is super clean and nice. But what makes it soooo special is Don Jaime (the owner) and the rest of the staff. He literally went completely out of his way to help us in any way, whilst being incredibly patient with our terrible Spanish. Coffees in the morning and evening, taking our washing to the laundry and back, booking our taxi to the airport, giving us loads of recommendations….all of this done without us asking for any of it! I would go as far to say he’s the most helpful hostel/hotel owner I’ve ever experienced in my life. In short, a wonderful experience- HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
