the only good thing about this place is the location

aircon was stated in booking.com as provided; when we checked in, it was switched off; only switched on after complaints to staff; carpark is not "onsite" as stated in website; it is 100m away in an open but private space after a busy road; room is tiny/small

Location was great. The room was too small and not enough room to hang clothes etc

Works being undertaken and a lot of noise during the day. Also the noise of the bins being emptied in outside in the early hours.

Location is nice. Near to the train station, overlooking nice square without the traffic. Short walk to the see, a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel has it's own parking near to the hotel. The breakfast was good. The room is nice, big enough, it even had a small balcony. The highlight were the electrical blinds.

Sound isolation is not really good. You hear the sounds from other rooms and from outside.

The hotel is so neat, services are excellent, small buffet breakfast with quality food, friendly and helpful staff, almost 5 star service in the room with the bath accessories. Excellent shower and towels.

room 503 from 19 to 21 February. Old building but very comfortable,all the staff was very attentive to the customers from reception,breakfast and room service. extremely happy about our stay.

The standard rooms are quite small and not really for longer stays. There is little room for storage etc. The walls are thin.

location great, complimentary continental breakfast and all the water you could bring back to your room any time, the bed was very comfortable, the view of the plaza was pleasing and the room had everything you need including free & secured offsite parking

Room was pretty small with a huge bed, and the sound from the TV next door came right through the wall
