The fact that I couldn't bring visitors inside the room

Excellent value , Good breakfast. Room was nice better than i expected.I would have no problem recommending this place, we have stopped in a few places in Brazil and this represented the best value for money.Nice owner and helpfull Staff on Reception desk.Would definitely stop again

Convenient location, close to bus terminal and supermarket. Big kitchen. Very nice staff. Special thanks to Eliziani who was super nice and made us feel at home.

The room is a bit small for 3 people.

It was my second time staying ta this location. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was great! They gave great recommendations and were so nice. The property is big, family-friendly, and has lots of amenities. It is also very close to restaurants and bus stops to popular attractions.

Private rooms with a fridge is really useful. Good facilities to cook if you wish although I didn’t use them & a pool (also didn’t use as it was winter!). Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good too.

The staff was amazing! Lucas let us check in early without a fee. He was also very helpful with food recommendation in the area. Scheila was knowledgeable about the tours and went above and beyond to answer our questions even at a late hour. Marcel was kind enough to call us a private car when all the Ubers cancelled. To top it off, we got a room upgrade without request, the facility was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The location is about 15-20 minute walk away from the center of the city. This is not bad when you have a car, but a little inconvenient on foot. They could maybe advertise how to use the public bus systems.

Really good value for money and the rooms were super clean! Staff were super helpful!

Breakfast range was limited but can’t complain as it was free!

- The best thing about our stay was the staff (Lucas and Douglas). They really helped with everything (arranging taxi to the falls, helping with our Argentina declaration form, information on the falls and much more.) They deserve a big well done! The taxi driver they also arranged was very helpful and we felt very safe with him. He took us to the falls and collected us on the same day, he also took us to our next hotel in Argentina and helped us with crossing the boarder. - Good sized swimming pool - Breakfast was good - Good priced bottled drinks in vending machine - Location was okay, short walk to downtown - Good value for money

- Mattress and pillows were a bit hard.

All in all the property is really great and well worth recommending. very comfortable, very clean, really excellent and helpful staff, and excellent value for money. The breakfast is really good. The location near the city via terminal is also very helpful for going to the major nearby sights.

the nightlights in my bedroom were too bright for me to feel comfortable. I need somewhat dim light to transition from daytime to being ready to sleep. the nightlights in my room were much too bright for that. so I put the light on in the bathroom and left its door a bit open. a small change here would make everything much more comfortable. also I think they could leave the fridge unplugged, for guests to plug it in if they want to. It would save energy. But make no mistake, it’s a great place.
