The staff is prompt with their service, Ms. Chandrima had been of great help. The staff at the swimming pool are supportive too
A heads up over the laundry billing would have been great. Spent a whopping 6000/- unintentionally. The prices of the food and drinks is too much.

* Mr. Prosanna Bhattacharjee from House Keeping Department is an extra ordinary employee of the property. Even he helped me at night over WhatsApp when he was on leave. He managed an adapter for me instantly which I needed badly on that time. Highly appreciated your gesture and effort. And, Thank you so much for the support.

Front Desk officials are average performer. Needs to be more customer service oriented attitude. Very robotic attitude. Generally front desk is the first impression of the the property. Therefore, please look into the matter. Found the same in my previous visit. Rest everything are super perfect.

there was a large cockroach in our room, the kettle was malfunctioning, the bedsheet was torn. the room was quite shabby and not worth the money. the staff were only able to offer apologies but did nothing concrete.

Fantastic location. Nice breakfast. Such potential in this hotel. Too bad sloppy management lets it down.
Initial room was very dirty - cobwebs and black mould. Looked neglected! After some discussion in which I was tried to be persuaded that it was normal and the room was clean we switched to another which was better. But still not the 5* standard of other Kolkata hotels of a similar price.
Pool hot tub was cold. Loud western pop everywhere. Dusty corners.
Billed as 'hip' but it is a hip-ness of 20 years ago. The pounding nightclub sound reached well into the night and up into the fourth floor.
With some attention to maintenance and housekeeping this hotel could be fabulous. Unfortunately until this happens, I'd rather stay elsewhere.
