Agriturismo molto semplice ma curato da una coppia veramente eccezionale nell'accoglienza. Offrono una colazione con prodotti loro o comunque locali, danno indicazioni su cosa vedere e come spostarsi. Sono immersi in un giardino di ulivi che dalla strada si alza fino all'abitazione, molto caratteristico. Offrono un pass per parcheggiare gratuitamente in Levanto perché il loro agriturismo si trova a Legnaro una piccola località un po' più in alto rispetto a Levanto. Le camere sono su misura, noi abbiamo alloggiato in una matrimoniale ma hanno tutto quanto necessario, anche un mini bar e un bollitore per tè e tisane.

The hosts are amazing and took the time to give us very useful and complete turist info. Breakfast was homemade and the view was great from the room and the breakfast area. Mosquito net on the window of the bedroom is also to celebrate. Free parking in lavanto also great add - thank you very much for this fabulous experience

The only thing i did not love is the road from levanto to the agriturismo is not the easiest and the parking requires some skills + the walk from the parking to the room is very steep :D but the hosts always offered to help

I Pipetta, just outside Levanto, is a lovely quiet place to stay; it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. Pietro and his wife were enormously helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the homemade jams and the cakes were out of this world.

Just keep in mind that there are about 60 steps to get to the house. We had two heavy suitcases with us, but Pietro helped us carry them. Thank you Pietro.

everything was perfect !

The host is just super - she shares a lot of information about what to do in the area to all of her guests. Room is small, but very clean and comfortable. The courtyard is very cozy, you definitely need a car to stay at Pipetta! Breakfast in the morning just perfect - we stayed in Italy for three weeks and it was the only place where we got fresh fruit in the morning, not only croissants. Loved it! And I loved the variety of selection - every morning they offer different things and make some cakes themselves. Really nice place with superb hosts! Definitely would come back!

This is just a personal thing - you should have a sign for rooms "do not disturb". Because if I stay for a short period at some place, and leave all my personal things in the room then I really do not like someon cleaning it and putting my stuff away, so that i have to search for them in the cupboard. Probably most people like if their rooms are cleaned every day, but i do not find it necessary, it's rather a bit distrubing for me.
