Modern home away from home in a central location!
Spacieux deux chambres avec roi et deux jumeaux. Deux salles de bain complètes. Conception de plancher ouvert pour un espace confortable et amusant pour se détendre et profiter de la bonne compagnie. Cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Entrée sans clé dans la maison avec un code unique pour chaque séjour.
Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage, y compris les serviettes, crème solaire et beaucoup de glace pour votre glacière. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place dans une buanderie privée. Entièrement clôturé dans la cour. La maison dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et de deux grands téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat avec Netflix et câble de base.
La propriété est située dans un quartier résidentiel au bout d'un cul-de-sac, à environ 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale et à près de 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Miami. Facile à conduire au centre-ville de Miami et Fort Lauderdale avec accès voie rapide (Sun Pass avec option de location de voiture).
La maison se trouve à moins de 2 km de Gulfstream Park, qui abrite une piste de courses de chevaux, un casino et un village commerçant en plein air. Il y a une variété de restaurants et de bars là aussi. Il se trouve à seulement 3 km environ de la plage la plus proche et du célèbre centre commercial Aventura.
Le centre commercial Aventura est l’un des plus grands et des meilleurs de la région métropolitaine de Miami / Fort Lauderdale et compte de nombreux magasins populaires tels que Apple. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants et une salle de sport haut de gamme appelée Equinox.
La maison est également très proche de Hollywood, avec son charme de la Floride et sa célèbre promenade en bord de plage. Moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

Kate was very nice.The area was dirty but not the Property itself. My two main issues was no TV in the small room and the soap containers are used by all guests.I prefer individual soap.But again it was ok and I thought the price was a bit high but just needed a place for my family in a rush.

This was a beautiful property right in the middle of a hallendale neighborhood. They have safety cameras and a long term resident nearby. The place was clean, bed comfortable and I felt like I really got away! The host was able to answer questions and give suggestions about local places. She was great. She suggested and I agree that you drive to Hollywood beach. It was worth the drive. I parked in the nature part so it cut down a little in the parking cost then you can either enjoy a more secluded beach or walkover on the cross road/walk to Hollywood beach and enjoy that atmosphere - it’s clean and has some restaurants and shops accessible. Family friendly too. She’s also dog friendly which was what first attracted me. Fenced in, lots of grass and some trees - perfect for a dog. Also if you drive at night it can get confusing so make sure it’s the correct street and drive almost all the way down to end of could de sac and you’ll see 2 open spaces. It was hard for me to initially see numbers at night. But it’s mainly families and quiet In that section. I would go back -I liked the feel of the place - open and clean and comfortable. Beaches aren’t In walking distance be prepared to drive. The drive wasn’t bad though worth it to go to Hollywood beach.

This property was overall the epitome of 4 out of 5. It was "very good." Not just fair, not awesome. The coffee maker was moldy, the exhaust fan vents were crusty with dust, the master bed made an inexplicable clunk when we laid down, and the build quality was all "landlord grade" with cheapest-option-from-Home Depot vibes. HOWEVER, that's really everything that was bad. The most important things were quite good. The beds and linens were perfectly clean. The lights and switches and appliances worked well. The kitchen was quite nice (not as "landlord grade" as the rest), the water was good, the showers had nice pressure and heat, the lighting was very good throughout, there was plenty of shampoo and TP, the instructions provided were clear, it was quiet and peaceful at night, the neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located, and check in and check out were perfect.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to save some money, but you don't want to compromise on a safe, restful, fully functioning place. I would not recommend this place if you're expecting Sheraton-level polish. I think that's fair - we paid roughly half of that.

This home is such a beautiful space that accommodated all my needs. It was so clean and convenient. Just perfect. I wish I could rent to live. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything I needed.

What a beautiful little retreat. I would definitely recommend. Beautifully simple and clean. Like others said when you first enter the neighborhood you might think it is sketchy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. There are several schools around, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, well mannered neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Great food places around, just a very short drive down to Hallandale beach. Couldn't ask for anything more!

An accurate reflection of the property - it was a little noisy in the neighbourhood the day we arrived , which apparently was unusual (but there was some music festival going on… it was only that first night and the rest of the time was very quiet). There was an infrequent but loud train rolling by which others had commented on as well. Kate was great to deal with and checked in to ensure we got in and whether there were any concerns/questions . For future , a little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the warm weather (coming from the cold north ) would be a nice addition

The home provided everything we needed for our stay in the Miami area. The kitchen was well stocked and the location to the racetrack can’t be beat! Communication with our hosts was excellent.

The property is located in a working class community. The fenced in area is clean and comfortable. There is an abundance of cats in the area. The front yard collects blowing roadside debris. Traffic can be heavy on Hallandale Beach Boulevard
The home is bright and comfortable. It is well equipped with towels and toiletries as well as kitchen utensils.
The home appears to receive a lot of guests from the wear on appliances everything worked except the broiler
The home was swept and wiped down. The bathrooms were clean as were the towels and linens. However the white porcelain floor grout needs a deep professional cleaning and The floor is grimy around the edges.

This property was EVERYTHING we needed. The location was perfect, the communication was perfect, the property was perfect! The details, the details, the details! Conveniently located, only 15 min drive from Fort Lauderdale airport,in a quiet neighborhood, 2 miles drive to the beach, all the great restaurants on the waterways, famous Hollywood beech Broadwalk where you can do all the summer activities you can just imagine.

House is super clean, and has everything that you need for a short, or longer stay.
You will definitely need a car to move around.
Check in was easy, and the owner is very friendly, and helpful in case you need something.

Along with comfortable beds, the luxury towels were an added bonus. Fridge/pantry had plenty of condiments and spices to help reduce cost of groceries. The neighborhood was a little run down, but we felt safe and the interior was very clean. There isn’t a lot of space in the kitchen or living room for family games, but if that isn’t a need, then no worries. Good location in regards to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while working in the area. My wife and kids came down one weekend as well. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge help. I can’t speak too much to the area, I was working everyday, I think I saw the house three times while the sun was up, and when the family came down, we went to the keys.
The neighbors are nice and friendly and Kate was an excellent host. It was evident she had full intention to ensure I had an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay
The house was provided with lots of utensils, the kitchen is big enough and has 6 seats. The owners also provided us with towels,
chairs and an umbrella to go to the beach! When we arrived the house was very clean. The location itself is very good and close to the beach. Overall this stay was amazing it provided us with everything we might need. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Great quiet getaway
I wish all properties was like this. It was very clean and my family enjoyed the stay as if we were home. The owners were very nice and ready to make things as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everything I needed was equipped. I love it and would stay here again. Thank you!!

Vacation
Driving to property and locating it was a breeze. Check in was uneventful and the property is exact in its description. Train tracks located nearby. Cargo trains and passenger trains are noticeably noisy but it’s not a property you hang around at during the day therefore it won’t effect you much. The property has all the comforts of home to sleep and eat while the location allows you to go out during the day and hit the beach. Would recommend.
