Rosie is an excellent hostess.

The common areas, both at ground floor and at 1st floor, are very nicely decorated.
The breakfast is included in the price. Also soap and towels are included.
Free and functional WiFi. Gmaps directions are correct.
No ac, only a big fan on the ceiling, unstable and noisy. No blackout curtains. No space to open baggages. No tv. No shelf near the sink, neither in the shower. No view to the street. Not enough power outlets, only one functional power outlet, far from the bed, with obsolete holes. Doors, windows, tiles, curtains, all very badly installed.

The best place in Sao Paulo. great staff very nice woman. We recommend everyone to stay at this wonderful hotel.

The host was so kind and friendly. I had a super early flight and he stayed/work up around 1am and kept me company to make sure I leave okay once the taxi came. The ensuite bedroom was super clean and lovely setup. Comfy bed. House was beautifully huge on inside compared to looking from outside. Close to airport. Shops nearby like big supermarket just over 5 minute walk.
Can be a abit chilly at night so bring warm pyjamas and it is easy to hear people talk when walking around house, but didnt disturb me since wasn't asleep then.

This is an ideal place to stop before or after departing from or arriving at São Paulo Guarulhos airport. The Pousada with a shared lounge and balcony and the owners were very friendly.
There are very few amenities in the area but it's easy to get an Uber.

The pousada has 13 rooms and it is a quite imposing building. The structure is based on three floors. My room was on the ground floor and looked really clean. Also the rest of the common areas looked well kept. What I did really like though, was the kindness and the helpfulness of the owners. They really tried to help me in any questions I had. This is such big plus for their business.
I was not really impressed by the breakfast, too basic and also a very small choice. I would have put at least a bit of more fruits and probably with bread, instead of the jam, I would have added some cheese and ham. Coffee was good, though.
Finally, as a small tip for the owners: at least regarding my room, I would put a small bedside table next to the bed.

Surprisingly good place. A decent quality price option, close to the airport. The house is big and cozy. Breakfast was nice too. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Recommend this place!
