Clean, tidy, friendly staff, good location for us

The price.
The bed was very uncomfortable had a terrible nights sleep. The main light was very dim and there was a smell of damp.

Mouldy bathroom. Disgustingly dirty, stained carpet, mattress fit for tip and decor typical of a horror movie

This property is nothing like you have advertised it, the room was full of holes in the wall, damp all over the ceiling, active mould in the shower , son woke up unwell coughing, shower hadn’t been washed since the last person nor was the bed comfortable felt like you couldn’t lay on there without catching fleas! Bedding felt like it was wet because of the dampness in the room!

The room was fine and the owner accomodated our late arrival which was great. The breakfast was very tasty although it took a long time to arrive but very nice when it did
We were on a tight timescale and would not have had breakfast if we had known it woould take so long although it was good value for money if you have time

Clean and cheap, comfortable beds and great shower, not far from bournville so worked just fine for 1 night.
No catering on that night, we had no notice or advice regarding alternative provisions.
There was loud music until quite late, no notice or apologies about this.
No bedding provided with travel cot. The cot was not very clean.
Staff quite rushed and uninformative.

Stayed here lots of times because of location. Staff friendly and the room is sort of clean. Value for money
On this stay shower water wasn't hot enough,😐 Needs a lot of tlc to appearance on almost everything.

the whole place was stinking and I got sick when I go there. smelly rooms and bedsheets and comforters and bathroom was so old and hand wash wasn’t given and kettle was rusted and dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for our purposes. Room was beautifully quiet. Free Parking. Local shops very handy. Bar on site. Bus-stop immediately outside. Delicious food, freshly cooked to perfection. Affordable prices.

leak in bathroom caused strong smell of damp on arrival (room 22).
Breakfast was late both mornings (but excellent when arrived)

The club attached served a lovely evening meal, very reasonably priced and made to feel welcome. Bedroom was adequate.
The room did have an odour and no lamps. I felt the main light a bit too much. No light switch in the bathroom so light was permanently on. No mattress protector so I slept on top of the mattress. Breakfast was offered but dining area was completely shut when I arrived which was a shame as I prefer a Breakfast when away working. Parking was an issue and parked on main street as the front car park was full of customers in the club.

the best was the breakfast !!for £3 that was a fab price
the shower didnt look as if it had been clean ,we didnt use it ,
the pillows were really really flat ,we just went out and bought 1 each and slept better .
