Very good location in the centre of Madrid with the Rio Rosas Metro station just a few minutes walk away The appartment and bedrooms are quite large Good cooking facilities Free WIFI worked well Good communication with the staff and check in process was easy

Good sitting and dining room, spacious kitchen, eye level dishwasher. Bedding quite good. Lovely area, right by the metro - quiet at night. Hosts were very friendly (though do not speak any English).

Noisy footsteps from the flat above at night. The bedrooms are very dark, looking onto an internal courtyard. Needs a shelf in the bathroom.

It was easy to find as located next to Rios Rosas Metro, we were met by the owners as we arrived, the room was clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Everything was in the apartment that we could have needed and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Nothing negative to say.

We waited for the host for a little while and she came in a hurry and had kindly walked us through everything in Spanish. Would be better if she spoke a bit of English.

Everything was perfect.
