We loved everything about this home. It was in great condition and everything was great. The pool area is so nice, and the chairs are nice. The walk to the beach is not long from the house and the location of the house compared to town is very nice as well. The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach towels. Our family had a great time here and I would recommend it time over time.

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. The place was exactly how the listing portrayed the property. Plenty of room, very clean, tons of beach gear to use, and fully stocked with essentials that made it feel close to home. We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The location was perfect being just far enough away from the “T”. We will look to book this place again when we return!

We had a great weeklong vacation. The house worked very well for 6 adults and 5 kids. Highly recommend.

great house, had a lot of fun

My husband and 3 kids stayed at this rental recently and it was overall a good week for us. We couldn’t use the pool for some reason because our 2 little boys were getting rashes in the pool. We’ve been in chlorine a ton and have never had issues. When we asked to have the pool chemical levels checked, the manager got the pool company to come out the next day, but we never heard anything about it. Was a shame that we couldn’t swim longer than 10 minutes each time due to their rash (Also why we booked the place). Luckily the gulf was super calm during our stay and the kids could swim that way. Newly renovated house with a lot of cut corners. We had our small dog with and you could tell other animals have been there. Rug in living room has an urine odor to it and couches are stained. I washed our sheets during our stay (because kids and sand) and the mattress protectors are all stained and gross. The high chair provided is super old and gross. We just covered it with our own dish towels so baby could eat, but it need to be replaced. We couldn’t use the straps because they were so dirty. The pack n play provided was nice. Glad I brought our own sheets for it as I’m not confident it is cleaned well. My husband was planning on working during the week of our stay and the wifi was super slow. He ended up using his hotspot, but Netflix wouldn’t connect and in the housing info sheets it says for you to call the internet provider. Not something I want to do on my vacation. Wasn’t a big deal as we were there for the beach, but with small kids, they like to watch their movies at night and it was limited with tv channels. The dishes were sort of gross with left on food on some silverware and cookware. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies, but some pans really need to be replaced with the Teflon peeling off (we didn’t use those). The two burners on the stove don’t work, so you only have 2 to cook with. The refrigerator door is hard to close, so be aware of that. We didn’t have any extra toilet paper as it stated in the welcome sheet before we got there. Not a big deal as we bought our own. We aren’t big complainers and know it’s hit or miss with rentals. We made do and overall had a nice time. Not sure we will be back though.

Amazing location and layout for the property.

Location is very convenient to everything but far enough away from the condos so there wasn’t a ridiculous amount of people on the beach. The only downside was the large sand dune to go over to get to the beach. If you’re in shape it shouldn’t be an issue, but for someone like me and my 82yo grandma it’s a lot. My calves and thighs are still recovering 🤣. Overall very nice place.

Our family meets at beach every August for reunion. Usually stay in Orange Beach and have stayed at same house for several years but decided to change this year. Pump went out in the pool 2 days before we left which was not good because the family in the other unit had 12 people including 5 kids David. Pool is pretty small for that many people and pump not working.

Paid over 6 thousand dollars for beachfront and a pool for one week. Pool was filthy and not cleaned for 4 days. More than half of our trip the pool was too dirty to use/. The duplex was very dirty. Ceiling fans covered in thick dust. For over 6 thousand dollars a week we expected a clean unit and this was not what we found. We all drove down and did not bring beach towels because the unit was advertised to have pool towels. We did not find any and ended up buying some at the local Walmart so that we could use the beach. Towels for finally brought to us on Thursday evening and we checked out Saturday morning so that was a wasted trip on the building managers part. We have had very good experiences with VRBO rentals in Florida this particular property is not what I would recommend I felt we were overcharged and the property was not worth our money. Gulf shores was really nice just not this rental.

This property is right on the beach. It has a shared pool with part B of the duplex, so you don't have many people in the pool. Close to several stores and the downtown Gulf Shores hub. Love it!

Location is perfect. Pool and right on the beach. What more could you ask for. Things needs to be updated and cleanliness is being addressed. I would stay again if these are taken care of.

My kids and five grandkids had a fun-filled, FABULOUS week in this beautifully decorated duplex!! We loved being able to walk out the back door and walk right down to the beach........great beach views from the balcony too! We all had a very memorable time!!

Location was great! Cleaning needs to be improved a ton. Dishes were sitting in the dishwasher dirty when we arrived. Shower curtain was modeled. Overall was a great time.

This is a beautiful property on the beach. It is very relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the waves, birds, and dolphins. We ate most of our meals on the deck enjoying the view. This area of the beach is not crowded. The parking is good. The layout is great. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We hope to return in the future. The no contact check in and out is very easy. It is quick and easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a great stay at this beautifully furnished and decorated townhouse. It was wonderful to be able to stay right on the beach. The owners did a nice job of communicating and taking care of any issues.

This house worked very well for our party of 8 (grandparents with son and daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren). The beach was lovely and surprisingly uncrowded. The furnishings were somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped, mainly because the weather was quite chilly (and the pool was not heated), but I’m sure we would have loved it in warmer weather. The view from the upstairs balcony was fantastic! Two very minor issues: the door handle on the downstairs bathroom kept falling off and the door of one of the upstairs bedrooms would not stay closed.

This was my first visit to the beachfront with any rental agency. I was overwhelmed by the view and the quietness of the neighborhood. Will be back me y year.

We loved staying here, the house was very clean and comfortable. It is well laid out with 2 master bedrooms. The view of the beach is beautiful and it’s not surrounded by big condo complexes. We will definitely stay there again!

Great place to spend a COVID Christmas. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Loved the location and the owners were kind enough to check in on us to see if we needed anything. It would be nice to have a little extra storage for dry goods. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return some day.

We needed a much needed beach vacation from the isolation and stress we have been in for the past 9 months. We enjoyed the beach time with our family of 12, kids and grandkids over Thanksgiving holiday. The beds are very comfortable, the beach is right out the back door with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for all to enjoy. I did find the kitchen very small and disorganized for preparing meals, but we had everything we needed. We were grateful that the weather was great,, had it been bad, the unit would have been very cramped with the kids and a 1 year old. We had a few issues that the owner was quickly on top of, Ginger’s communication is top notch, she is very good to work with. The only reason the cleanliness rating is so low, was there was a problem with the previous renters and the cleaning company. I am confident that Ginger will not let this happen in the future.

My family rented for entire month!! We happened to be there when Zeta hit. That was a first time experience for us. The owners called frequently just to check and make sure we were ok and to give us any updates they could find. They were so unbelievably kind. They also continued to check in throughout the remainder of our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would rent from them every time! They were so so nice. The actual home was clean, taken care of, and easy to get around in. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We had such a nice time. Would recommend this stay 100%!! Great experience!

This was the first time in Gulf Shores and the 5 days we were there was perfect! There were 11 of us 6 adults, 5 children. We stayed a few weeks after Sally hit in the middle of October. The property owner did an amazing job communicating with us through this process. They even were able to make most of the repairs before we got there! The front door and patio door work but still need some minor adjustments. The location is absolutely excellent for a family with children. There's a closet full of all kinds of beach supplies that you can use throughout the stay. The pool is a good size for kids, especially to master their swimming skills as it's small enough you don't feel like you have to get in with them, and can let them free swim safely while watching on the deck. This was also the perfect getaway for tired healthcare workers who needed some time away from covid, very relaxing and that "word" was hardly mentioned haha. Our main goal everyday was literally walking to the beach and soaking it all in. God truly blessed us with beautiful weather and a very nice place to stay.
