Excellent location, which was 5 minutes walk from the beach. The villa was a duplex private villa with 3BHK. It's within the Baywatch Resorts and we had been there during the Christmas night of 2023 and the day after. Parking is available, the cleaning staff for the private villa would come once in a day for the upkeep of the villa. It's a self sufficient place to live with Washing Machine, TV, Fridge, Stove etc apart from the toiletries, all AC rooms etc. Goa's most famous restaurant Martin's Corner is hardly a 10 minute drive. The walk from the Villa to the beach ends at a beach side sea facing restaurant with ample parking and unlike other crowded beach entry points at Goa, where it's difficult to find a parking spot, this was a much calm place with ample parking & restroom space.
The sliding doors' lock needs to be fixed for ease of use. Some of the wardrobe might need a bit of woodwork.

The location was fantastic. The villa was spacious.
The villa especially the bathrooms were not cleaned until the day after and upon request.

Clean and cool. Close to beach. Loved the pool and the room delivery. Well maintained. Extremely comfortable. Friendly and kind service too. Very responsive to our needs.

Villa is beautiful. location is perfect. Host - Vijay Agarwal and house keeper - Flavia are very helpful and nice people.
I would say it was a perfect stay.
Few things like water drainage system and glass-door fitting can be removed to stop water overflow in the bathrooms.

A very well appointed three bedroom villa with a well stocked kitchen. Caretaker was very responsive and efficient and made us very comfortable.
Would love to cone again.

nice location, mostly clean, fully equipped kitchen is an added advantage with family n a 2 yr old kid, caretaker Miss Flavia is extremely helpful, took good care during our stay

Its a villa in a shared resort. You get all the facilities (like pool + Restaurant) of the resort minus the restrictions of the resort (like no outside food/alcohol etc). The owner & staff (Ms Flavia) are very responsive & helpful.
The property is close to a beach (not a popular one so you get privacy) and is also 15mims away from Colva Beach.
The villa is really spacious & comfortable and is equipped with a working Microwave oven, washing machine, induction & gas ovens.
Considering it was off season there were few repair work required (nothing major). However the owner was very quick to react & got any complaints we had fixed quickly.

The property is near a beautiful beach. The property is nice maintained with daily housekeeping services and the staff is very hospitable. We had a great stay. Two incidents which made us feel great about the villa:
1. There was an internet disruption during our stay, the owner helped by providing us with an alternative arrangement of a dongle device.
2. The owner also sent back our forgotten badminton rackets at the villa via courier without even asking for the courier charges.
It’s a little far from market area.

Spacious, well equipped and very accommodating for families travelling with kids and proximity to the beach.

Location owners and property. The owners were very supportive . We also cancelled the last two days for which we were not charged by mr Agarwal. So nice of you.
Poor maintenance. Attitude from baywatch managers, saying that its not their duty but only doing because they are friends so doing a favour.
The security chief supported the guard when he asked me to keep the car outside the compound wall. He also threatened my wife that later on he will let the car come inside.
This all happened aftaer a little argument on parking the car straight.

I loved the villa! It had everything we needed. Exceptional stay we had. I am definitely recommending it to everyone!

The appartment is big and spacious ,
the kitchen is well equipped, pool facing and actually sea too but the bushes and hillock obstruct the view.
But on a quiet evenings you can hear the sea.
Housekeeper is polite and accomodating.
The appartment is with in a complex is very safe and secure and the downside being you can sometimes get nosiy neighbours ...but it's Goa people come to have fun.
There are quite a few stray dogs nearby and makes taking a walk bit of an adventure. Though the dogs weren't dangerous I just don't like them following me.
The property sometimes have guests nearby who can be loud but that's incidental. The ground floor bedroom is a bit dingy.

Amenities, size, location, cooperative and responsive host and caretaker
A few of the fittings had minor issues that needed to be resolved once we checked in. Would have appreciated it if these were taken care of beforehand.

We booked a Villa and the Villa was Awesome and Pretty Big, the rooms were clean. Almost Everything was provided in the room from utensils to basic needs stuff. Also The beach is just 10min away from this property. . The owner provided us extra checkout time cause we had a Train later that afternoon. Thanks to Him. Money Well spent.
