The location, easy access with door code, plenty of parking spots, beach chairs and few steps to the beach

Perfect size for the two of us.

Walls were kinda thin, if the AC wasn’t on, we could hear the other units pretty clearly.

Location was great. This is a “non-upgraded” condo. We had moved from an upgraded condo earlier in the week, and because of the location in the complex, this condo was much more comfortable. It over looks the tennis courts and is very quiet.

Location was excellent. Near town yet not in the heaviest traffic area. Beach and park truly just across the street. Very nice pool area.

View of tennis court wouldn’t have been my first choice. Nice landscaping throughout lessened that disappointment, though.

There was a bed and the doors locked.

The cleanliness was weak. There was some of the amenities listed, but everything as the lowest quality you could get. At the end of the day, there was a bed that didn’t have bed bugs and security in doors that locked when sleeping. Outside of that, I can’t think of any positive things to say about the property at the price point that was paid.
