The hotel was clean and had all necessary amendities. The location was good with shops nearby and the metro not too far away. The restaurant was simple but good.

The room has seen some wear and tear and is not that fresh anymore

The location is good (on the main road in a great area) and the size of the room was ok. But apart from that cannot find too many things to appreciate. Have stayed in a bloom hotel before but this one is definitely sub-par.

Can you believe a good hotel with no hot water in the shower? On complaining the reception staff just shrugs his shoulder and says "sorry sir its a maintainence issue". Went through the entire 2 days with no hot water. The fridge in the room dosent function. The overall mood and service attitude of the reception staff was just unfriendly. Sorry, but thats the whole truth.

The electronic key of the door to the room did not work properly and I made it know on arrival The staff could not solve the problem for the two days I stayed there and I had to accept that the alarm of the door went off randomly, waking me up like a alarm clock. No compensation for this crucial problem other than tea and snacks which I did not take. The staff did not have any authority to take the problem further...Disappointing for me as Im since 10 years a regular guest of the Bloomrooms hotels in India !

Excellent, clean, very helpful staff at this hotel. wonderful staff nicely located away from the hectic side of Delhi. Real pleasure to stay in all my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay thank you.

I have stayed in this hotel three times and would do so again. My rooms were quite spacious, the Owl coffee sachets were great and the shower water beautifully hot. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food to choose from. Some staff members went out of their way to make my stay special, including arranging a birthday cake for me (as it was my birthday the day after I arrived) 🙂

On my first arrival, after a long flight from Australia, my room wasn't available- not good when it's 8pm and there was no guarantee when it would be available. Also, an outdoor seating area would be a nice addition to the hotel.

the staff was excellent. it felt like a home away from home.

parking space is a little crammed but can be worked on.
