The room is quite large. The hotel itself is in the middle of the town so easy access to shops and although the closest parking is not always available during day time, it's almost guaranteed that it will be empty from 6pm onwards.

Aircond is too small for the large room and its leaking. Night time might not be an issue but couldn't say the same during day time. Especially at the far side of the room. Probably better to have a larger aircond or another unit or maybe just a couple of ceiling fan.

Nothing to complain. It is a backpackers lodge anyway. Location is good to get food.

This is a replacement hotel where my initial booking in kundasang OYO Jasni last min cancelled my booking during peak period. I'm am super disappointed with OYO last min cancelled my booking without helping to relocate. This replacement hotel was found by booking.com and as it was Christmas eve, there no other choice but to accept it. If you wanted to stay in ranau, this hotel location is convenient as located at the central town with all the shops and restaurants.

Again last minute because of the heavy rainfall the day before checkin, water was cutoff so there's no water in the hotel. Hotel wanted to cancel the booking last min on the day itself but we have no other place to relocate so have no choice to continue the stay there. Hotel provided mineral water supply and allow to go to their other branch lodge 88(2) toilet to bath which is about 2mins walking distance. Its abit inconvenient, but at least they provided a place to bath. Lastly there's a cockroach under the pillow but the staff help to change all the bedding.
