La ubicación está bastante bien, a 10 min del centro en autobús. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienes lo básico para poder cocinar.

Se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones, por las noches se escucha a la gente de los lados, hace mucho calor y no hay manera de regular la calefacción. Una cosa a destacar es que no veo lógico que se pongan a hacer labores de mantenimiento u obra cuando hay huéspedes alojados en el hotel, se pusieron a las 7h de la mañana a hacer ruido en los pasillos.

The place is very cosy and clean. Has absolutely everything necessary for living. The bus station is very close. Quiet neighborhood. Good wi-fi. Easy check-in/check-out.

The staff working in the building were super friendly. When I couldn't access my room because the code didn't work, they were so concerned and I could see their desperation in wanting to help me, but their hands were chopped off.

It was a very frustrating that I couldn't access the entry door or my room's door because code didn't work. After a long flight and being totally stressed that my luggage never arrived with me, I was very disappointed that I couldn't access the door. Eventually, I was given another room after running up and down the stairs trying to unlock my rooms door after I eventually got in at the front door.

The automatic check in was good, room was clean and spacious.

The staff kept banging and shouting at the door from 9:50 am onwards. We checked out at 10:20 however that 30 minutes was a nightmare. We told her that we are checking out in 10 minutes however she kept shouting that she needs the room now. This is not the kind of hospitality we were expecting at all. The experience would have been good if this incident would not have happened.

The Room was very good and met our expectations.

Improvements are needed for the Pillows they are very uncomfortable. The Shower in the Bathroom is too old and the Water is spilling out, absolutely not maintained properly.

Walkable distance to train station. Easy to find using gps. Nice kitchenette. Clean and safe.

No shampoo or body soap. No AC. Next to busy street.

They should have kept a bottle of water as complimentary.

The check-in process is terrible, too complicated, impersonal, no staff service, will not book again。and it will affect the whole mood.

Everything was clean. Towels were not provided but the staff was active enough to solve it asap.

Check-in time was too late and check-out time is early. Could be made little more.

Check-in app didn't work. Cheap, shoddy furniture. Transparent and flimsy curtains - could not block daylight and sunshine. House notices only in German. No local information about bus stops, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Definitely CONTACTLESS. Coffee machine (I think) in room but no instructions. After seeing leaflet about the Tourist Card I had to ask for it, instead of being offered. Mouldy balcony. The app describes it as a 'Superior Triple Room' but definitely not Superior. Nowhere to hang the coarse, rough towels.

Worst hotel stay ever, no proper pillows, toiletries ( hand soap), no security, no privacy, un safe, no blinds, no proper curtains. Anyone can sneak into your room, transparent windows

Nice staff , clean apartments , complementary coffee and tea. Size of the apartment were okay .

room upstairs were too hot . mobile key is smart idea but if you lost battery then you're in trouble . Would suggest to use keycard instead mobile key.

Not far away Luzern station. Adequately equipped. Affordable.
