Location is ok... if you like drunk people spewing on the ground outside

Drunk people in the lobby and vomiting on the street outside, extremely loud music from 2 night clubs till 4am every night, no towels, no room service, no kitchen utensils, broken couches, broken curtians, broken tiles, cigarette burns on carpet, power outage on washing machine and fridge not fixed for 24hrs!!! No rubbish collection without calling, blood stains on sheets, and only two breakfasts for 4 persons booked! Rude staff and just horrible horrible experience. Worst hotel we have ever been in! Tried to charge us for the stains on their sheets as well! Never stay here.. it's total rubbish.. complete rip off. Photos don't show real conditions and don't mention anything about the nightclubs on site

I just want to say that the girl of Tunisian nationality is bad at dealing with customers.

I would like to share my feedback about our recent stay at Al Mansour Park Inn Hotel & Apartment. 1. The reception staff member we encountered had a negative attitude and struggled with effective communication. She wanted me to pay charges per head for my guests, but when I clarified that my guest was only correct according to what I declared, he raised her voice and did not handle the situation professionally. After realizing her mistake regarding the identity of the other guest, she did not offer an apology, which left a negative impression on me. This lack of professionalism was disappointing. 2. We were also disappointed by the hotel’s policy regarding personal speakers. Despite our assurance that we would keep the volume low, we were not permitted to use one. However, the noise from the Hotel Bar was disruptive, reaching our bedroom late into the night, even until 2:00 AM, making it difficult to enjoy our stay. 3. Additionally, some of the furniture and the mirror in the room were already showing signs of wear and tear. 4. The pillows and blanket in the bedroom had an unpleasant smell, and it seemed like they hadn’t been washed it. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, as their policies and customer service leave much to be desired. Thank you for considering this feedback.
