The hotel is currently undergoing major building works so we had to walk around building materials and the dining room was closed

kind staff. they gave us tea at night free of charge. room was very good, nice tv channels, and the bed was super clean and comfortable. pls note that in this hotel, you have to pay the booking.com fee... Not a lot but stuff good to know.

juliaca itself is not a very enjoyable city but this hotel was what we were looking for. we needed to take an early flight at 8am next day so it served the purpose.

The hotel is a little bit away from the center and very close to the Avenida Circunvalación. Which is a very busy and noisy street. The hotel is about 20 minutes of the airport. The beds where good and room was very clean same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was served in a special room with a good amount of food. A big plus was the extremly friendly and helpful stuff. We had make a few requests and they were super supportive. The certainly went the extra mile here.

The location is really not great but I guess that goes for the entire city. Also the rooms are not very noise proof you can here people outside of your room walking etc.

Warm shower, warm room, good breakfast

The hotel is a good alternative if you are travelling over Juliaca. I arrived very late at the terminal terrestre and was happy to check in one of the closest hotels of the bus station as Juliaca is not known for being a safe city. We had hot water, the bedroom was okay. The breakfast was awful. We have been served moldy bread and had to ask for fresh slices.... For that reason, I wouldn't necessarily recommend to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is close to the central plaza of Puno. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean, with nice hot water shower but it took a few minutes to come through. The breakfast was basic but they were able to start it a bit earlier for us due to our early bus departure.

When we tried to pay on credit card, the front office staff could not get the machine to work and did not come up with any other alternatives for us, and we had to think of paying with US dollars as we had no local currency left.
