The plantations outside were very good and thriving. The landscaping gave it a good resort feel. And that ends the good part about the hotel.
Very dirty rooms, mucky bathroom corners, dirty drain, whitewash falling off, scratched mirror. Very drab and boring decor. Very arrogant manager.

The ambience of the entire place was great and exactly as per our taste. Loved the serenity and the quietness even though it's right next to the main road. The massage experience was the cherry on top, the masseuse were experienced and gave a lasting experience.
The breakfast spread could be a little better. It does not match in certain ways from the menu placed in the room for the breakfast buffet.

the floor above was having construction so really did not have peace…but requested the hotel to keep it down and they did for sometime

Food and restaurant looks good but felt wrong with alcohol served could be diluted even in scotch and food also made entire family sick on the second day of our stay

The staff at the resort are kind, courteous and very responsive. The food was good and the resort was clean as well. When we first checked in the sink was leaking and the ac wasn't working, but the staff got it fixed within half an hour. The property is well maintained.
Our room view wasn't that great.
