Les clients ont adoré la propriété bien équipée, l'emplacement pratique près des magasins et des restaurants, ainsi que l'atmosphère confortable et chaleureuse. Hautement recommandé pour un séjour relaxant.

Lovely small property on the main High Street of Tenterden, but well set back from the road so no noise issue. The property is very well equipped with everything you might require. The town has plenty of different places to eat and supermarkets if you prefer to cook. An excellent stay.
10.0
Sweet little old house with nicely equipped modern kitchen and bath, and very accommodating host. Could not be more convenient to the shops and restaurants. Do take the property description seriously when it talks about awkward stairs - there are excellent handrails on the steep, narrow, twisting climb to the loo and upper bedroom beyond but it would not be fun for the mobility challenged. For us it just added to the cottage charm.

This cottage is so beautiful and homely. The kitchen was first class, everything is catered for and extremely well fitted out. Very comfortable space. The lounge is small and cosy. Wifi available and streaming services for TV if needed.
The stairs were quite narrow and if you are tall you would need to watch your head but got used to them very quickly. Bathroom is excellent and shower very powerful. All clean and very spacious. Washing machine in bathroom.
Both bedrooms really comfy, teenagers stayed in twin beds in attic room comfortably.
Lovely quiet area, easy to walk everywhere and parking space available if needed. Tesco supermarket 2 min walk. Pubs and restaurants in Town centre only a few mins walk.
Be aware of neighbours as noise travels easily and it was weird to hear them walking in room above at first but got used to it.
Overall excellent property, extremely clean and well looked after by hosts. Loved visiting Little House.

Very well and helpfully appointed with welcoming touches. Very clean with games etc available which is helpful. Excellent position close to all requirements, beds were comfy & despite being in the high street it was quiet at night. Stairs are indeed narrow as described in the accommodation description accurately. Large bathroom with good flow shower. 😁

The minute I walked in, I felt right at home. The location couldn’t be better, (try the Italian restaurant next door!) quiet neighbors and perfect parking spot. The kitchen is recently redone and the bathroom has a great shower/bath. I appreciated the logs provided for the wood burner which made my evenings so cozy. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. I’d stay here many times over!

Very well equipped property in the heart of Tenterden, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Steam train only 5 mins away. Great for adults and small families. Owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. Good location for walks, castles and wineries. Would certainly rent it again.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in Benenden. Lovely little cottage. The stair is narrow and twisted so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location
The cottage is in the perfect location for Tenterden and being able to just wander out for an evening for a meal . It is spotlessly clean with all that you would need but I don’t think I would be happy with a child on the stairs . What we didn’t realise that the room above the main bedroom belongs to the cottage next door and the first time we heard the unexpected sounds above us it did surprise us . It is the perfect cottage for a couple but we would not want to stay with more than just us .

Weekend break in Tenterden
We picked Tenterden as a base for exploring some places in Kent. Great choice! It’s a charming town that punches well above its size in terms of restaurant and shop choices. The cottage is ideally situated and was perfect for our needs. Extremely comfortable and very homely and character-full.

Lovely cottage in a lovely area
This cottage is located on an exceptionally pretty high street that is typical of Kent at its very best. The cottage itself is well equipped and has a back garden (long and thin) that is good for sitting out in for meals and drinks. There are many attractive local walks and bike rides from Tenterden, and the town itself has a nice 'bustle' to it. Shops, restaurants, etc., are easily accessible.

Terrific Tenterden!
This cottage is a delight in the middle of the town.
Out your garden gate and it’s a short walk to pubs and shops.
At the back a charming and secret garden for lazy drinks and reading
in the sun. Bliss.
We hope to come again.

We had a fantastic time!
This property is in the heart of this amazing small town. Just a few minutes walk to lots of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. The house is cosy and full of character with the convenience of Tesco just across the car park at the back. Will definitely be going back to this property in the future

Fantastic Cottage right in the middle of Town
Everything you could need was supplied. Beautiful throughout, we appreciated the roses waiting to welcome us. Cosy & comfortable - we absolutely loved the place - we'll be back soon. Tenterden has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, also a lovely atmosphere. Most places were a few minutes away, but we did make the effort & walked to Chapel Down Winery (about 2 miles) & enjoyed some bubbly and stunning views. Staying here makes you feel part of this historic town.

Lovely homely cottage in a beautiful town
The cottage was very well presented and comfortable. Julia went to a lot of effort to make us feel welcome. It was the small details that made a difference, such as tea, sugar and salt in the cupboard, milk in the fridge and hand soap, toilet paper and tissues. We didn't have to worry that we had forgotten anything and the supermarket was very close for all our other needs. Tenterden has some really good shops and restaurants and we also visited Rye, which is a really nice historic town nearby. I would really recommend staying at this house.

Will book this cottage again
I booked the cottage for a 3 night stay in order to attend my nephew's wedding, however I was unable to make the trip due to family illness.
I communicated with Julia about this and also discussed the possibility of my brother using the property instead of me which she kindly agreed to but in fact it turned out that he did not need the accommodation.
Julia was prompt with her replies and very sympathetic about our reason for cancelling and my deposit was returned quickly.
I will definately book the cottage for my next trip down south.

Fabulous cottage in a perfect position
This is a lovely cottage right on the High Street, but its set back from the road so it's very quiet even though its only minutes to the shops. Tenterden has some good pubs, loads of shops including Waitrose and Tesco, all within a short walk. The cotttage itself is very pretty, and nicely decorated, and very clean. Comfortable beds, fully equiped kitchen, great bathroom with bath and shower, all absolutely perfect ! There's a small paved area at the back of the house with a table & chairs which is quite private, and it leads to covered parking space. Ashford station is about 25 mins away, and there are qute a few National Trust properties worth visiting within a short drive, and theres Rye, Hastings etc not to far as well. Overall, I loved it !
