We extended the stay twice we loved it so much. The villa is just so big. Double the size of previous villas we stayed in on the palm before. We were nervous to book as we have found before with other properties they are not as good as the photos, however this villa was better than the photos and spotlessly clean! You can walk directly on to West beach, and have access to all the hotel facilities like room service and gym. There is so much to do. The villa is definitely our favourite stay in dubai and we recommended it to several friends. The staff looked after us very well, checking each day if needed housekeeping or any help with anything. The views are breathtaking and we used the jacuzzi each night it was magical with the view.

The best villa we have ever stayed at. Three floors of huge space and impressive luxury, with the best views in Dubai. We loved taking in the Marina views from the top floor jacuzzi, and watching the sunset from the ground floor private pool. We are planning our next stay already

The best villa I have ever stayed at in Dubai.. it has a great view and direct access to the beach.. and the rooms are big and clean. The manager of this villa is very helpful also Marian, she is nice and kind .. for sure this villa will be my first option to stay at next time.

I don't recommend this place for that much money. When we started the BBQ the lights were going off for more than 5 to 6 the BBQ machine was not good we struggle to get things done. For may br half of what we paid is OK
